A quiet & family friendly place for some good South indian food, slightly expensive but Definitely worth it from what what Ive tried, because the taste is so on point plus the staff is so kind, my recommendation is their INDIAN bhaji dosa, chefs special costing 300/- INR or their 4 inch dosa Costin 900/- INR

This place is awsome , first the environment is cheerful interior well designed. The cutlery they used is not a joke ,they are heavy made up of brass I think. First the time taken to prepare food was okayish we reached the restro at odd timings and no one else was there than also it took around 20..25 minutes to get the food. The taste was awesome, no doubt the best dosa I ever had in Jodhpur, the combinations of chutney we got was really good. There were four types of chutney (picture attached) each one different from one another and they serve you samber in such a unique vessel you will fall in love with that. The quality of idli could be improved a bit further taste wise fine.... texture was good.The pricing was very aggressive, not a budget restro. They serve a lot of different kind of dishes, the presentation of the dishes is realy well. And at last out of surprise, the thing I never expected they served us with paan. Wish in replace of saounf that every other restro give...it was good and full of gulkand .Paan leaves are a very good mouth freshener. At the end the total bill was satisfactory.

One of the only good few south indian cuisine restaurant in Jodhpur. You gotta try the Four feet Family dosa here. Only disappointment I faced here were flies. I thought they would have adequate measures against those but seems they didnt and thus the three stars else they do deserve one more star in rating foodwise.

This sankalp is in jodhpur.its test is quite different form Gujarats Sankalp test but overall good test and one thing is service is slow

Today go out with my friend there and got food poisoning by eating military dosa kind of stuff there quantity level is worst because eating that dosa cause me trouble because they are using some cheap oil in dishes well taste is not good to I thought that restaurant should be shutdown. Incident happen on 17 January 2021 my personal advice people with diabetes dont go there its not safe for you people either.

Sankalp has the widest range of dosas, with quality service. Cheese dosa is a classic one, schezwan dosa is a little too spicy. Dont forget to ask for their special nariyal paan at the end.

Its an decent place, food is fine too. Couple of things, the taste isnt authentic and the is overpriced. Although the service and staff is good.
