Late delivery.From Delhi to Bhavnagar delivery time 8 days.

So basically they cancel delivery by themselves and will update on website that you were not able to pick up the courier. You need to call them at least 7-8 times to receive your package. Then they will ask you if you can collect the courier from their office for quick delivery despite being late on delivery. Just pathetic.

Inter city courier service for baroda to bhavnagar is very poor quality.Booking date 25 april and today 27april , no idea about delivery at bhavnagar office.

Firstly i want to suggest to google reviews system, that you should give the option of minus rating also.. Because they are not capable of 1star.Very worst service & behavior of dtdc staff, i would like to ask one thing to DTDC, why they are not giving the computerized tax receipt, they always use hand-written bill because they changed a lot as they want.And i cant say anything about his service, they should have close his Madhavdarshan complex branch.

The courier service people never attend calls, and they always update on the web, that the receiver is not available,,inspite of me having cctv on our main entrance,,,the service guy never comes too,,,,pathetic service,,I wud rate them in minus
