Amazing network for television fantastic service after installation I had complained in my system and next day they had come to my house for solving complain. They also provide two types of set top box hd and normal. Sometimes because of technical fault we are unable to watch television. They give you a reminder by text msg and one call that your stp(set top box) recharge is going to be finished or expire in near future before 3 days I am happy with their customer service.

Pathetic service, never answer calls, rude behavior even if you visit their office.... After all no sense of business and customer relationship.

Worst Customer service Ever.. Whenever There is Trouble in Cable Network They Do Switch off their Phone.. Dont Have Courage to Face Customers Complaint.

Im totally disappointed with Gtpl cable TV connection service, every time i saw the suddenly close service,no single issue, External device issue and many more.If i register complaint, nobody comes at home and automatically close complaint ticket. And 0 customer support from local opretor.Gtpl customer care me call kiya tha mene to usne bola k yaha to sub thik he local opretor ko contact kro to mene btaya k local opretor hmara problem solve nahi kr rahe he to GTPL hi local opretor ko contact kr k btai to usne bola local opretor hmare contact me nai hote, kya aap assse hi kisi ko bhi sub opreting system sambhal ne de dete ho??? Local opretors se aapka kuch connection hota k???
