Nice, cool bar with a hipster atmosphere. Both indoors and outdoors seats available. Cold attitude from the staff (like in most of bars like this in Estonia).

TOPS is a hop bar in the fancy Kalamaja hood. Basic kitchen, some drinks, sometimes DJing and party. However, the staff is too hip to be really motivated and there is (already) a connection of those people to Germanys leftist extremist scene. So beware of unfriendly people

Coolest hipster pub in Kalamaja

Its a corner bar in a residential neighborhood, so as local as one can get. But its much more than your average get-your-drink-and-friends-and-talk place. Live events and DJs every week from Thursday to Saturday evenings. Karaoke, Pub-quiz, Live mic events appear on event list each month. And then there is the food, list of starters and snacks that are just perfect for tens of fingers to feast on. But the star is the most-talked-about-you-need-to-order potato salad. Its the best thing to eat around 1AM if there is still any available.

Lively atmosphere, young clientele but very welcoming. Neighbourhood pub but visitors from all over so English is spoken, good beer selection in my experience

Very cozy, good snacks, nice n quiet in da afternoon, chill but not wild parties at night. If ya wanna go somewhere with friends to hangout n drink with, good. Not an easy place to meet new people though...not sure why :P staff is cool beer selection ok, events ok but not wild enough to me.... Maybe it s for small space...?

Nice pub to visit if you are in the vicinity. Clean place with a pleasant atmosphere where you can chill out and try some kinds of beers and drinks, eat some snacks and spend a good time. There also are karaoke evenings. A friendly place with kind staff and rather calm and easy going clientele. Cheers!

You should do something about people who smoke right in front of the entrance. Also please widen your alcohol free drinks choice.

Stumbled across this place the day after Christmas when most everything in the area was closed. Super chill, with comfy couches and tasty beer. Awesome vibe.

The staff was awesome, and this is the only joint I know of that actually plays a little Vaporwave. Super chill place, will definitely go back if I find myself in Tallinn again.

Awesome! A really nice place to grab some drinks and hang around. Location in a lovely Kalamaja (read hipsterish) area give a nice background atmosphere. Just a bit of the popular Telliskivi area is also nice and means there are not too many random walk-ins. Go check it out, its worth to visit while in Tallinn ;)

Its one of my favourite bars in Tallinn. It has this nice bohemian vibe and also the background music is nice. Really good place to meet up with friends. And most important the beer prices are reasonable half litre loclal beer is 3.5 eur and Leffe is 4 eur. So two thumbs up.

Nice cosy place in Kalamaja area. Decent variety of beers and good drinks (tried the Vana Tallinn Negroni myself...) Also would have had some snacks, paninis and such on the menu but we didnt get around to trying these.

Tops is one of my favourite bars in Tallinn. Its always full of locals and has a great lively atmosphere whilst remaining cosy and welcoming.

TOPS offers the best in-home music of any bar Ive enjoyed in Tallinn. They provide a relaxing and ambient atmosphere which is occassionally glazed with live DJs playing psy-trance, ambient, and more.TOPS potato salad is phenomenal and plating is enjoyable. A clean and wonderful nook to be in.

Classic place is still alive, retro music from DJ. Bar food is worth every penny! Free water at the bar counter was pleasant surprise. Be aware of cheating lady bartender, when you pay with card you may find more drinks and random staff from the bill you actually ordered.

Cool atmospheric place with different drinks (many classic cocktails with the addition of Estonian alcohol). In the evenings - beautiful fashionable music sets. There are nice places on the street with local young people and their dogs :)It is a little away from Tellskivi - a great place to drink a couple of cocktails, listen to music and move on to relax further / or vice versa, stay here and spend a pleasant evening
