I was offered a free sauce pan based on my garments purchase, but when i reached home and saw the bill it was charged for Rs. 200/-Nice syrategy to sell unwanted utensils.The Tel number mentioned in the bill is switch off, even the customer care of big bazaar india dont have the official contact number of BB Bhavnagar and they are sorry for that seems verry interesting ...I came from a different city else i would have gone to slap them.Verry frustrated!!!

Place is good and the staff is very cooperative. They dont keep AC on, even some of the areas are so dark as they keep the lights off.

Worst staff, irresponsible staff, in summer they kept ac off and after giving complaint they told me for cost cutting purpose we dont start ac full day... Rude behaving manager..Store should shut down.

Worst service, sales assistant are very very rude( specially one named Manali).. product are ok, no issues..but they should focus on sales assistant services.

Pathetic....bill counter service is too slow, so many people stands in queue but only 1 counter operated out of 12. Also they charged extra rs. 19 for bag which is very ugliest thing ...

All the products were goodAnd the staff was politeBut the main issue isAc was not workingToo much saffocating.The ambiance of this kind of store must be refreshing and cool.

They keep AC turned off.. Even though severe sweating and also songs which are being played are depressing.. Overall Hot atmosphere.. Wouldnt be possible to shop there With all the difficulties..!

Big bazaar is one of most favourite place for family shopping .here we can get all in one place..clothes...shoes..inner wear...men and female accessories .food coldrinks...bags...kids toys...stationary ..electronics. gadgets..and many more ..the staff is really co operative and helping ..they have lot of parking space and all the collection is fresh and they also provide huge discount regularly...so i just love this place

Place is in the middle off city, you can reach easily and quickly, but no more space and prizes are little bit higher than well settled Mall of the city.By the way you can have different views and different types of choice by visiting.Also have a multiplex cinema so you have fun and shopping together.

Clean, and fresh, nicely arrangement of things, polite staff, a to z doing available. However This Mall culture is bit expensive than current Reliance Market and Reliance fresh. Offers are not so friendly to Bhavnagar people (direct discounts vs. future shop)🙁 (as on October 2019)

For someone who prefers comparatively cheap products, this big bazaar is a disappointment. There are good displays and variety of products, but at some point i got bored by looking at the same products over and over. But this place might be suitable for regular customers who consider price of the product as the determining factor.Reliance mart in himalaya mall is cheaper than this.

There are quite a many baking supplies , beautiful glass utensils ,coffee mugs . Some of The vegetables and fruits were at offer price . There is the facility of future pay of which u dont know much about . Overall shopping experience was smooth and lil better than reliance market in Himalaya mall 😀

Taking advantage of Lockdown and Home delivery Big Bazaar is Clearing its Old and Expired stocks so its customers cannot check when products are delivered and often just believe it to be good In such times. And when requested to change they deny it to be old and expired and to come to the store if I want to change them in this lockdown such irresponsible and unethical service.
