It was such a wonderful experience.. where I was able to see the purity of the gold that I wanted to be sold..and even got a good price for it. And received 10 percent for buying my new real diamonds earrings... I enjoyed it. Except. We did not get any coffee. Paid... 64000Rs bill value of my earrings..Thank you...

Worst service ever. The staff here is very untrained and rude. Its better to give your phone elsewhere than to get it fixed here. They just got my earphone jack and screen broken while fixing the keys!!!!

I went there to replace battery of my mi max.then they guys replace it but when i recieved my phone volume up botton was not working. Then I went there next day they said me it is not working when they open my phone without even see my phone.then I argue then they set it but not properly and new fault was the power botton was not working properly.they guys was misbehaving with me and after I didnt go there any more.

Missing my mobiles parts and not professional for mobile repairing it only want excuses nd take cost for nothing they do

Worst staff. They dont know how to check battery capicity (mAH). They are not accepting problem of screen bleeding in POCO F1. Very rude people. Please shut down this service center Xiomi.

Very poor service. very time consuming and people are very irresponsible and uneducated all are watching movies. I went there 3 times people are more intrested in watching movies instead of solving problem of a customer.. To exchange a phone which has company faults its take too much time to get exchange thank god to the palitana mi store guy name is vishal is very professional and khows his job Very well who stand by me and solve my problem and continue push the uper people to solve otherwise there are Very irresponsible people name like arjun and jaffar khan not even keeping promises. Need to train your staff.. . It will be helpfull to the company

Great people to deal with but a little bit slower

During monsoon my phones battery got moisture and so i got there to clean it up.. firstly i waited there for almost 45 minutes and then when i got the chance to talk with the customer service representative he didnt herd me properly what was my problem and told me to write it in the form and to submit the form and told to submit the form and phone. When o asked them when should i come to get the phone they answered it very rudely they said it depends on the work your phone requires (here i mention in short but they answered rudely) then after almost an hour i recieved text in my another phone which i was using saying that your Phone which is submitted at MI service center is ready for pick up and i was near by i reached there in about 5 minutes and asked the customer service representative about the Phone he told me that it might be mistaken by us in sending the text your phone hasnt repaired i told him that if i can go in and check after requesting many time he agreed. And when i got in my phone was not even touched and i recieved the message that i phone has been repaired

Worst is your service center , mi store , & service....😖😤What happened to me is that I have a mi band 2 and the charger for this band was forgotten on the train from me.... If I went to the mi store to buy this charger and said that if you go to the service center then go service center and say that you will get in the mi store.... I got annoyed like this...
