Worst service I seen ever

SIB,Bhavani branch,Employees very poor coordinate with peoples,they did not explain any queries Ex: Today i come with my parents for loan renewable process and my parents are uneducated so dont know the purpose of signing .she telling to my parents sign the document. she did not give any clarification of that document and suddenly i asking to that lady. why i want to sign the document she ordered to me sign the document .finally i signed the document .What is my conclusion ?..Please explain to uneducated peoples and take a sign ..I request to SIB Please change that kind of peoples.
