The service provided by the Link road Branch Manager Ms. Trupti was excellent. She was very co-operative and helpful in entire process for my Education loan.

Two months back ( Mar21) given KYC to change the permanent and correspondence address, However, they updated the correspondence address without changing the previous pin code. Once again on first week of April 21, I met Bank manager, Amit Paul, simply informed me to come after lock down period. I told him the debit is is about to despatch to old address in Bangalore and informed it is mistake of his link-Road,branch updated wrongly entered in system.and permanent chennai address is not updated.However, he not listened and his behaviour also not good.Still now I am not able to my debit card till now because of bank manager s inability.

Very slow working process of staff.And they are talking very rudely.At counter number 5 lady was talk very rudely.And also misbehaving with account holders.

Young and energetic staff in this branch.
