Good hospital in Bharuch city...Dr.ketan Doshi is very good caring doctor. One can access hospital in emergency for 24 hours.The hygiene level of hospital is good. Staff is also polite and supportive.

Very good and experienced doctor. The thing I like most about him is that he is not money minded or greedy. His diagnosis and medicine is one of the best in bharuch. But he can definitely improve on his hospital management and staff behaviour.

My family doctor and you can get exact treatment and if not possible they give best advice.

Medical advice and treatment is very good. But the staff is unprofessional and gives the look of being untrained. They are not even able to clearly pass the information to the patient or family what the medical practitioner wants them to deliver. All staff acts too busy and doing everything in hurry. Staff needs proper training to handle tele conversations.My moto to write this review is just for pointing out some weaknesses which I noticed so that the correct remedial measures are taken to overcome them. Hope my review helps the hospital team in continuing their great effort.

Dr.Ketan Doshi is very experienced doctor. He is M.D(Medicine). He has set up multi-speciality hospital. Charges are reasonable. Cashless facility is also available for almost all insurance companies like New India Insurance, United insurance, National insurance, Bajaj etc acceptted here. ICCU center is here. A.C, non A.C, general rooms are here.

Doctor is very good but the staff is very rude and unprofessional. They dont speak clearly and when you ask them to repeat, they gets angry and shout at you that make you feel insulted. If doctor is not good then i will definitely not suggest this hospital beacuse of bad staff.My request to doctor is to put LED number system on door, so that we dont need to ask to rude staff.
