Be prepared from round and round (Dhakka khava taiyar rehvu).I have personally experience this so I tell you through social media.

BAD CUSTOMER CARECustomer care : you must have to Satisfied before taking delivery of vehicle. Before paying bill you have to share your satisfy OTP to biller. What an intelligent business relationship manager. Waah sir ji policy aisi ho, ki koi satisfy kyu na ho.Service : problems you must have to understand even if you dont.

If you wish to buy two wheeler than must look at this place .They are helping hands selecting a best two wheeler .Most important is when I visited. The place i witnessed working people happy.

Big show room to get Hero two wheelers. Big godown for lots of bikes and scooters. Work shop with latest technology and genuine spare parts is also here for servicing two wheelers.

Worst place to purchase hero scooter and bikes. Because of showroom employee mistake, I didnt purchase scooter even after full payment. I took many efforts to compromise this deal however I didnt get scooter and took my mony back with loss of 1000 Rs.

Worst service ever. They make customer fool as if we dont know anything about vehicle. Instead of servicing and checking old parts they want to replace new parts in vehicle even if old parts are working properly. Technical staff dont respond properly. Never visit for servicing vehicle.

Im not happy with the service. Engin was leaking oil for this they kept the bike for two days and gave a the bill of Rs. 400 in free service. After the service again having the same problem within a day. Which type of service u r providing to ur customers......
