Why someone will purchase electronic items from shop, we are having lot of online sites.. but I did mistake and purchased MI Band 5 from selection MI store, this band is having usual battery back up of 14 days, but my band is draining in 12 hours.. I contacted shop keeper and he replied very positively to contact customer care.Now my point is if I have to contact service center then why I should purchase offline .. Amazon, flipkart and many other online online platforms are replacing and refunding without a single question.Beauty of this shop is they have printed on their bill that in case of any defect please contact service center. So plz purchase offline only if you are having time to visit the service center.
