Very bad service…Unprofessional service executives…More the reason For less sales for Ford is Pathetic after sales service …

Everything is good but mechenic work is not accuracy and not cleaning

I had a very bad experience today from ford service station..I called for service yesterday and was told to come at eight oclock tomorrow morning. I got there at eight oclock today morning but no staff was present here before 9:30..and gave the reason of shortage of workers due to corona .So my simple question is that the technical staff was not available than why called for 8:00 am.Why neither the supervisor nor any other management staff was present.Despite asking all this, no systematic answer was received.

Superb after sales response... Time to time delivery... And staff is so decent ... specially Sales executive Mr. Santosh Solanki...he supported in his best way..such a helpful person ...and mark my words... Ford is still a benchmark in matter of driving dynamics and built quality... Specially EcoSport... If you want to enjoy ur ride with class and safety... Go for Ford... They are the most underrated car brand in India...

Great showroom. we came here for reoairing ac in out endevour in the route of gujarathn we suddenly found this showroom and came at 8 at morning. they gave us good hospitality till 9 am and got the air conditioning working in less than 3 hours. The team need a huge round of appreciation for working this much efficient. Thanks to mahavir ford 🙏

Best car ford.I owned FODR FREESTYLE.AND ITS GIVE GOOD PERFORMANCE..But there are some issues with car ABS NOISE PROBLEMS IRITET ME AND FORD MAINTENANCE TEAM CANT RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM...
