Large office with No Respect For Customers. Dont allow you inside where the key persons are sitting. The security person interacts with you as if he is the Reception. Wastes your 15-20 minutes by talking on phone or with other staff. During all this you have to stand and the staff dont offer you any seats. They offer vague excuses when it comes to exchanges of your old items. If any body in Bharuch is ready to tolerate all this then only buy from Flipkart.

Good place, nice friendly peoples works there.U may need an id proof for costly parcels to be received sometimes.Mostly they keeps mar parcel there for 3 days if Im out of town..6:00-6:30 pm they shuts their shop...
