I purchased hp laptop they have given me defective product hp declared DOA but reseller asking for replacement charges although there is free laptop carry bag they charged me rs 1000/- McAfee antivirus is free with product they installed QH and charged me Rs 750 more hopeless service
Not a good place to repair laptops, as they over-charge a lot. Please dont consider this place.
Asked about industrial grade laptop, the person at counted wasted my time and told we dont deal in industrial grade laptop. Kindly consider one star as zero.
