My father, Rakesh Patel, had fractured his ankle bone and therefore we visited Dr. Kirtiraj Gohil at Healing Touch hospital as we have heard a lot many good things about him. The operation went very well and smooth and the doctor also followed the post operation procedure very well. Indeed after the operation the most important for him was to rehabilitize quickly and that process was made very easy because of the physiotherapist Dr Pinkesh Shastri , which was recommended by the hospital. Today we called at hospital as per their advertisement for covid patients in which they mentioned that they will come to patients home for checking and treatment of patient on our risk.. as they replied to come within two hours and we hoped that any nurse or doctor will come.. But they didnt provide any facilities even though they replied to come home for checking of our patient.. If they didnt want to come then they shouldnt replied our call positively so we could try to another hospital as beds are not available at all and our patient didnt had to suffere in covid :( please dont play with patients life.. Humble request..

Today I visited the Healing Touch M.S.Hospital, In Corona period I didnt find any precautionary measures taken which common Hospitals do. No thermal check,no sanitation to persons coming in, no social distancing.No frequent cleaning, and sanitization of common area, which can be seen in CCTV footage, dtd.5th June.Hope they will take care now onwards for the sake of patients, persons visiting, Staff,and For Doctors.Very Most for H.T.M.S.
