One drop of rain and they immediately cut off the power supply, for hours. Theyll also deliberately not respond incoming calls at the number put up here (I doubt whether its even the real number). Pathetic service run by people who think theyre obliging us by doing the job theyre paid for.

Always landline was busy. Unable to all services and pick up the call...
It is state electricity board.service is ok but tariff are high.
Behaviour of employees with customer is kind and cooperative.Waiting customers for bill payments are standing outside in open should be provided covered waiting area.(senior citizens waiting/standing in sunshine doesnt look good.)

Constant fluctuation and power cuts. There is no one to attend complaon calls, or they just keep their phone aside. Would really prefer any competitor if any.
