This service centre is good if you have warrenty period for ur mi phone. Other wise they check ur phone and suggest expensive parts of cell phone. Their components are more costly then ur mobile phone price. One can buy new phone instead of replacement parts. They only accept hard copies of bill invoice.

Worst ever experience. Dont ever go there. Use its services only if you want to take benefit of MI warranty. I went there for screen replacement. First thing, they charge heavily, you can get same service or parts very chapter at other service shops. And due to poor workmanship or maligned intensions, I had to spend more for receiver and also had to replace battery as they fitted it incorrectly.

Mi is best brand ...but their service centers services are so poor. Zero customer satisfaction... Poor communication skills...

1st mistake that i purchased Redmi Phone..I sent my phone for repair and i was shocked when they said warranty is not applicable as water has entered and showed some litmus paper that was inside phone, So i had to pay for Servicing cost during Waranty period and then They said mother board has to be replaced, which will cost 5000....Say no to Redmi
