Good facility, Ac rooms, clean washrooms

Rating 2 as Location & quality of food is good. But quality of room is horrible (find pictures)Some points about room1. Room 104 has no window2. Room 104 & 107 inner walls are in very bad condition (dam in all walls)3. Commode is in bad condition & with broken lead (room 107, picture attached)4. Rooms are full of mosquitoes & there is no mosquito liquid in the room.5. No mirror in the bathroom and no chair or sofa in the room (Room 104)6. Only one broken sofa in the room for seat (Room 107)7. Room 102 is good, though they told that is not deluxe room, that is Super Deluxe.8. Deluxe rooms are not same as they shows in picture.

Worst experience ever. Booked through mmt, and opted for cash at hotel option. Showed up at 4 pm to find the rooms has not been reserved for me. I co-ordinated with MMT team, but this hotel did not budge. MMT had to offer an alternative option eventually.It was raining outside and i was drenched. Wasnt even offered water etc. Totally unprofessional.

This hotel is awesome.Located very near to the bird sanctuary. It has numerous facilities available for tourists staying here including cycle rental. The food is very good & is served hot. The hotel management is very caring & generous towards the people staying here. They attend to small needs asked by the customer.

So Much costly

Had a wonderful stay in the hotel..the location was easy to locate..near by the zoo..the best thing about the stay was cleanliness, hygiene and the pleasant staff..specially the owner of the hotel..would like to stay again in the hotel.good job keep it up ..

Very Bad

Room is good n clean but amenities are poor, like towel quality is low, in washroom only handwash provided while asking hotel staff replied this is bodywash also😂 but room size and bathroom size is good with workable AC.

1. The moment we checked in the hotel, the poor excuse for a hotel manager commented that rates mentioned on the ibibo voucher is an old rate!!!2.We checked in at 10 am and checked out at 9.30 am. However, inspite of not even staying for full 24 hours, the hotel charged us 1/2 day rate for extra 2 hours for early check-in. We had to pay Rs. 474/- extra and the bill that poor excuse for a hotel manager gave us was for Rs. 1443/-. Was this to save tax money? 3. Not once did the poor excuse for hotel manger tell us that early check-in would be charged extra. There were no other customer staying in d hotel at that time.4. Though to give credit, food is good though charged exorbitant, and they take their own sweet time to get it.5. The dining cloth used in the dining area is not cleaned, so whenever you ask them to change the soiled linen, all they do is turn it upside down. Those linens must be as old as the hotel for sure.6. There were at least 6 cobwebs in the bathroom with a giant sized spider and 2 bed bugs at least that we killed. This is as close to the nature that one can get....7.we had to tell them just 4 times to clean the bathroom and toilet pan as there was some stains in it.8. Towel when asked for torn and thread bare and looked as if stolen from a beggar.9. The geyser was broken. So had to tell them to arrange for hot water in the morning.10. In all, one of our worst experience till date and would request you to not stay in this hotel, even if there is no other option.

Will not recommend the property for any purpose. Its a third rated place with a few rooms and a small open space. Good for nothing

Moreover it is a banquet hall instead of a hotel but good to spent one night away from home.In summary Cheap and best for your pocket.

Hi friends i am visiting Bharatpur last three years. but this time enlightened with stay in hotel Raj palace. because of its best food quality, best service and cooperation. At the time of evening i enjoyed a program organize by hotel staff. in my sight this is the best hotel in Bharatpur city.

Very sufficient space for marriage arrangements. Room initry was not so good. Bathroom didnt had light arrangements. Spacious Hall and garden.
