Hello guys, The port my Airtel sim into Vi because of slow internet speed problem. But after porting into Vi volte symbol was not showing in my mobile & Internet speed also worst. So, I went to Idea office. The lady who sitting in that office I told her plz change my SIM card I want another sim card. I already concerned with customer care & they also told me that go to our Service center they will provide u new SIM card with free of cost. But when I went in Vi office I asked her to change my SIM card but. She is asking me for extra 150 rup charge for SIM card. I told her madam I m already ur customer & u have to provide me service. We can get SIM card in free of cost but she asked me for extra money. Most worst experience & most worst service. I got msg from Vi that upgrade ur SIM in free of cost from our nearer store & store asked me extra amount. Very bad store & service. Dont go here.
