First time I have visited, my experience is good. Collection of items is huge and varieties of of product qualities are available. Kids and ladies sections are also very nice. Instant modification done here, trial rooms are available. Price of products are reasonable and quality is good.

The behaviour of manager is very poor.We have bought a sunglass from berhampore branch today. During check out at exit it was found to be broken.As I approach Manager for replacement he behaved very poorly even after I told him I am a regular customer of Vmart. On today itself I bought 2000 costumes.I think franchise like V mart is expected to replace defective items ( when it is detected at store itself).Today I am really disappointed.

They will charge you for carrybag....or they will give your product in hand without any BAG!! So horrible experience....better you avoid this store..
