I have given a CPU to repair initially you guys said that it will take 1-2 to detect the problem and you will get back to me asap. But I have to call 4 times in 7 days to know whether you have directed the problem or no. After 8 days I have to call you guys again and the technician told me that it cant be fixed. Im your customer for over years. I expected much for you guys.

I had repaired my laptop from here 1 week ago and at first i was satisfied with their service but after some days of usage of my laptop i found that my DVD-writer /reader was changed by some cheap one and the problem is still there ... and when i confronted them regarding the change they were unable to provide a reasonable cause and also didnt give any assurance to solve it.. what they were saying was deposit it let us check..so i am requesting all of you never ever give your laptop to these shop for repair.. dont commit the same mistake as of mine.

I have been with them since the 93s. As you can very well I hasve been persuing there. I did go to other shops at Berhampore but none could meet my require,ments with repect to either service, hardware or softwares. I am also happy to see the present showroom and wonder how it grew in the present set as compared to his beginning in his own house in the 93s. Best of luck.

Good service, but they only sell over priced starlite ram, though ram for other manufacturers are always not avilable in their stock. Other wise they sell laptops, motherboards, CPUs, printers, ssd and other computer peripherals at a reasonable price. Thats why Im giving 4star instaid of 5.
