One of the Connecting railway station for the people of bahrampur or murshidabad for long journey like to connect kolkata/howrah or north bengal...

Nice station and also important trains are available at this station rather than Berhampore station.But passenger amenities are very poor.There is no slope or lift or escalators.

Khagraghat Railway station is the best station at for those passengers who want to reach howrah to berhampore, Berhampore to Kolkata, and easily anyone can go malda, Raiganj, jalpaiguri etc.

The railway station is on the other side of Berhampore railway station. Though it is on the Katwa Azimganj route, it is extended up to North Bengal in West Bengal. Full electrifcation is not done yet. Construction work like Extension of railway line and double line is going on.

This is a state haiway road.This road does not usually have too much traffic. But not clean. It can take 5 minutes extra for 1 km.

Its almost a C shape station. This station has 2 platforms. You can get various trains from here and also Teesta Torsha Express has a stoppage here.

A very old station although development is not quite good... Now some initiatives taken to improve it and make it more human friendly.. Station is not too large but clean atall. Many stalls are placed outside the station so you can buy some food and refreshment items from there... Overall many improvements are still required

Not so well maintained station… Platforms are not so clean & smooth, needs major improvement immediately like a good quality waiting room, more no of platform shed because many important long distance trains pass through here...Railway track doubling & electrification work is going on...

EXCEPT THE CROWDY PROBLEM OF AUTO AND TOTO MESS OUTSIDE THE PLATFORM AND THE COMPETITION OF AUTOS FOR PASSENGERS IT IS A CLEAN, PEACEFUL,RAILWAY STATION FOR ALMOST EVERY EXPRESS OR LOCAL TRAINS ON THIS ROUTE. BUT THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THE STATION IS WEAK,AS A RESULT THE WATER FLOWS TO THE OUTER PLATFORM AND IT BECOMES MUD .

Train timings needs to be improved

Khagraghat Station is the most important station in across the Bhagirathi river at Murshidabad. Mainly Azimganj bound Katwa trains are passes through here. Some long root train like Tista toreha, hate bazare, radhikapur etc are also passes through here. Clean but some lonely station.

This railway station connect to bihar with murshidabad people

Restrooms are not clean. waiting rooms are very much neglected. lots of inconveniences for the travellers.

Many time i travelling from here at night,many express trains 🚂 have stoppage here.This route is connected with azimganj ,many trains are going through it kolkata and siliguri station .but not enough trains are run in this route.no washroom, have a waiting room but its condition is not good .atmosphere is not so good & also location is not perfect.need improvement.
