The place is a total mess. Half the employees dont know what they are doing. They are always ready to lure in the customers with illusions of free items and gifts which are tricks to make the sale. They start showing true colours once they succeed in fulfilling the sale.

They need to develope their behaviour...they dont provide the exact specifications of the product...that thing is very bad i dont like it..

Very bad experience.If by any chance you got some defect in any new purchased Device (Refrigerator,washing machine ,AC) you have to suffer,they will never help to solve your new purchased Devices defect nor they replace.You will get only rejection with very bad behaviour.After purchasing a refrigerator from them I noticed some serious technical defect after only 3-4 days.They cant even listen to the buyer .After my experience I noticed that,their business policy is to sell their product (with defect) at lower price comparatively with other nearby shops with very good and polite behaviour but after purchase you will see their true colours.Very unprofessional and bad behaviour.So be careful before buying anything.

Currently they are the one of those distributors who offer you the lowest price of their products . What I like about this shop is its genuinity. Staffs are very nice (at festive season one might not find so ).Compared to other stores like Mondol distributors and others in that area they offer a reasonable low price . But still I suggest before buying any product you should get a tally in all the nearby shops about the price so that you can grab the best one . The only thing I dislike in the shop was the Bajaj Finserve EMI service (I noticed that officials of the Bajaj company were charging differently for the same product to different distributors). Eg. In my case it was a washing machine in Mondol Distributors the company officials charged Rs. 350 as processing fee where as in Great Eastern Trading company for the same product they held Rs. 750 as processing fee.
