Its a full package medical building in Berhampore..Disha eye care also situate at 3rd floor also...from security personnel to reception staff behaviour also very good... large space for parking bike & cars ....

The service is too bad. They have no value in time. You will have to wait for hours for small tests.

I have been to this place a number of times for various pathological tests and appointments. The pathology staff members are very supportive. The last time I went there was for an FNAC test, and was hell worried, but the pathologist really helped me.However, the behavior of certain staff members are really bad. Their behavior towards the patient and the family is questionable especially the ones who come from the suburbs. Last day one staff literally insulted a family out of the clinic and forced them to wait outside despite the fact that they had a small baby with them.THAT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING !!

Service Is not good time planktuality is very bad.

I just lost my 26Yrs younger sister when she collapsed while in this clinic for 1+Hrs. From my investigation, I figured out that the Patient waiting zone is underserved and with no air-conditioning even though the ambiance is like a gas chamber and claustrophobic.Plasma Diagnostic, please consider the installation of air-conditioning equipment without fail and to avoid litigation.

Dear Friends, please dont go to this place for diagnosis. Its not only waste of money but also mental harrasment. Recently my mom visited this place for Color Doppler Test (USG)and Dr K.S Saha (Radilogy) did the test. He diagonized with DVT but we had doubt so ran thru the same test at R.B. Diagonistic in Kolkata within 4-5 days. And we found nothing. If we have trusted the report given by plasma and started the treatment then we could have done great mistake but we didnt :). So my friends please DONT GO TO PLASMA for any Diagonisis. This center is life threatening ....

Worst service.. pathetic employees..and cheap quality instruments

Very bad diagnosis done here, I had a stone in my left kidney with a very minimum size, but their report said that it was of 31 mm, which was totaly an useless and false report. Me and my family members had a lot of mental harassment due to this false report.Even I was ready for a surgery. when i call at their reception for reporting this i had a missbehave from them. I suggest this place may not give an accurate report.They cant play this type of game with anyones health issue.
