Bad customer experience. I had placed the order on 20th Dec 2020 in the morning at 8.00 am and paid full in advance. At 11.00 am when I called to check the status they told they do not deliver to my area (Whitefield, Bangalore)..Then they told they will do... The order finally arrived around 8pm n not in good condition.... It was shabbily packed bunch of white roses with almost 3 half dead.. Very very poor!!

I ordered the flowers and they were not delivered. Order no. is PW177090. They were supposed to refund the amount, and no one has gotten back as yet. It seems to me that the other reviews are fake on google. Please do not buy from them. My 2.5k is stuck and I have not got any response.

Please don’t order from this place ever.Its as good as not gifting something special to your loved one. They take order and then say it’s lockdown.No refund given for there mistake.Our money is kept in credit but to use that also we need to call them or email them.Calls are never picked.I don’t know why such kind of people even have business.Open a chit company it would work better the kind of work you do.If you don’t refund or given the flowers for that amount .If your gonna keep my money let me know about it.

Such a pathetic and terrible service. I had ordered for an exotic bouquet(₹1250/-) and had provided them the delivery slot. The order was place well in advanced(24 hours before the chosen delivery time since I knew the delivery address was outskirts of the city). They called me after the chosen time was passed to inform that they wont be able to deliver it. Also they kept blaming me that I had selected the wrong city(which was not. It was outskirts of the city). They agreed upon providing me a replacement(a normal bouquet of 10 roses and 0.5 kg black forest cake). I asked for a refund. They said a cancellation charge of 40% would be deducted on the same since I am cancelling the order. They failed to understand that I was cancelling the replacement which they where offering. I agreed upon they sending me the replacement. The replacement bouquet was very very shabby and even the cake looked shabby. Very much disappointed with the service. A special, once in a lifetime occasion was ruined due to this. No timely information, no refund, poor quality of replacement. Would not recommend anyone to order from phoolwala, especially if the delivery address is outskirts the city. Total waste of money and totally untrustworthy.

Very bad. The only time i used them was 2 years ago to send flowers on mothers day from the US to mumbai. Flowers never got delivered and I got tired of getting in touch with them. Got in touch with them twice on the phone and email asking for my charge to be reversed. They said it was reversed but nothing ever happened and no follow up. I think it was close to 1500 rs.

Horrible. My mistake that i didn’t check for reviews before ordering an expensive bouquet on V day. The bouquet never got delivered. The sales service is pathetic as they didnt provide any status after multiple followups.I tried reaching out via email, phone but no response.The order was worth 6k

They have not refunded for an order not delivered, it has been more than 6 months. I highly do not recommend them, they are very unprofessional and do not respond to emails, calls.

This is really worse experience, I have been following with this people ,how many times I had asked to send payment link, they does not even care about customer..simply they had seen the sms but no reply..Im wondering. Worse experience..not at all recommend to my friends.
