Worst do not purchase from this store.I had placed an order for 30 bags for baby shower return gift on 7th march 2021 and the function is on 21st march today is 18th march and I have still not received the item delivery. The person responsible for helpline says they will respond in half an hour and takes entire day to reply and sometimes no courtesy to follow it up.I would strongly not recommend this store for any more purchases in future for anyone!TheirCancellation norms are also useless only done within 24 hours . Now if I get the item delivered after the function what am I supposed to do with it?If you cant make your customer happy then why do business in first place.

I ordered 180 Potli bags from wedtree Bangalore store for my daughters wedding. Even in this difficult time they tried to send 180, three different designs bags. Work is excellent & I love it. Recently placed an order at this site and wasnt happy with the service at all. I had placed the order after confirming the availability for my preferred date. But in the last minute, the store people called to inform that the product cannot be delivered due to some transit issue. When I turned up at the shop, to look for other options, store people suddenly confirmed delivery for the next day/same product.But on the delivery date - evening when I called to know the status - they simply said product has not arrived. They did not even bother to call, inform or arrange for an alternative. I had to go to the shop again for making an alternate arrangement.Will not recommend to people if the level of service is so poor.
