The collection was neither exclusive nor interesting and most certainly not worth the price tag. I understand that youre paying for the designer label but atleast the products need to be worth it.

If you want to get embarrassed and unattended in a designer boutique, then the Ritu Kumar store at Indiranagar is the right place for you. The store manager is extremely rude and she endorses in body shaming. While the boutique has good collection but you wont get any help from the store manager in selecting a few clothing items in terms of sizes, colours and designs as per your preference. Its appalling to witness such terrible customer services when other brands are reaching greater heights with customer focused strategies. I believe the store manager needs proper grooming or should be trained well by the Ritu Kumar franchise so that she can adhere to some decent behavior.

Love the collection, but did not appreciate being treated rudely by the staff today. We bring our hard earned money here, so its sad that we need to prove ourselves to the sales staff. Found the sales lady arguing with another customer right in front of us too, so the attitude was not reserved for just me.

Good service and decent collection. The designs are very beautiful. My boy friend bought for me for our anniversary.

They have a various and beautiful clothes but most of those are for tall people not a short person like me.I’ve ordered a few western style pants for myself as xs size,( I usually wear xs)those didn’t fit me properly which the fitting was not right at all. I think this brand makes good and beautiful frocks, kurtis and kurtas but not good for making western style pants though.

Discount offer is redundant as the price after discount generally at par with the price of fresh stock. Could be prices are jacked up before putting up for sale with discount offer.

Customer service could be better when you have to exchange purchased items... Great service while you looking to purchase!

If there was anything negative I could give, I will go for that. The sales people are very much irresponsible and least about the customer. They dont even give time to customers. Dont think they are in selling mood. Worst service. Alteration of 1 readymade blouse, they called me multiple times but dint do any alteration.
