Got my ears and nose pierced from here. She did it with utmost care and it was very hygienic. She also got my nose ring sterlized because I hadnt gotten it cleaned in a long time. Ear piercing didnt hurt at all. Would recommend.

Prices little high. Very good guidance. Background music pleasant. Ear-piercing (ear-boring) to kids is done here. A little anaesthetic cream is applied to the bottom of the ears. After numbness is achieved in about 20 minutes, ears are pierced and gold drops are put on the ears. This is done both to male and female children. The child does not feel the pain.

Pathetic customer service. They are forcing to fill in details on entry. Which is fine . Also forcing to remove mask and take pictures. When I denied a picture without mask. They sent me back. I had come all the way from commercial Street signal walking to thier store.would not visit again.

Ive always loved returning ckc for the way they treat their customers. Their exquisite range of collections and the way they present with elaborate details is something to admire and learn. Ive been a patron of CKC from the past 2 years. Even with exchange of old jewels I had no problems and was exchanged without much hassles. Everything happens transparently.

It took 1+ hour to give us final bill. They keep on saying 5 minutes more. Too much Time to complete billing process.

A fine jewellery shop. They are a chain having several outlets. They have very good designs. The staff is knowledgeable and supportive too.

This store is big in size but doesnt have enough of good design of jewellery for both men and women. Less designs and option compared to other jewellery store in this area.Few of the staff of the store are very rude.Also theyre collecting more private confidential data from customers walking into their store in the name of COVID guidelines or rules and tell that its mandated by government. When asked to show what are the guidelines mandated by Government and to show the rules they decline our request.Unprofessional, not so customer friendly store with less option in design and collection of jewellery. Late delivery of order is also one more issue with this. Jewellery store.

An ambiguity in pricing could not be resolved by staff to my satisfaction. With respect to a 100 g gold coin, with gold price change by Rs 20(0.004%), SKJ has increased the wastage by 25% and Making charged by 25%. While gold rate change should have increased the price only by 2100 rs, SKJ has increased the price of coin by 10500 rs approx..Mathematics not understood..The staff were very vague with their explanations..GM SKJ could not be contacted.

One of the best jewellery showrooms in Bangalore. They have a wife variety of jewellery ranging from Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum jewellery. The staff are professional and courteous. The making charge is very high compared to any of their competitors. The quality of their jewelry and the workmanship makes you want to go back there.

Great collection and amazing jewellery, however, find them a bit pricey for the quality they offers.i got a bracelet for my daughter which was so delicate that it snapped with in 2 weeks, however, they were very prompt and got it repaired immediately.

Too High Making charges and wastage charges Not recommended at all. Waste of going to this place.. for 1.4 lakh jewellery making charges are 8k and waste 3k which is way too high and such a waste of time. Try some other place where making charges are low like Kalyan and other places.

First purchase after covid which was met by a good store experience at Malleswaram. Necessary protocols are in place to make us feel safe. Staff as usual were polite and professional. There was one manager who was openly and loudly admonishing and berating his staff in full view of customers, which jarred the experience. Employee feedback and criticism should always be done one-on-one within the confines of a room. CKC would do well to adopt new age people practices.

Not Much Variety for Earrings and Pendants. Everything seems to be either Diamond or other stone based. Seems to be chic and nice with all the bells and whistles of a modern Jewelry store. Would not recommend if one is looking for traditional designs. The staff are courteous and are patient in explaining various options that one might have. The number of options however seem to be limited.

I Placed an order in Nov2019. they suppose to deliver by Dec end 2019. Whenever I called them they tell some reason. first, they started saying new year, Shivaratri then Ugadi. Now they are telling me the reason due to lockdown we are not able to deliver. I order before lockdown & suppose to get before lockdown. Really they are testing patience. we are asking to return the money they are not ready for that also. Is this the way of treating customers? Bad. Please dont place an order. Dont go for brand sake. Sometimes they not even answer the phone calls also. Please Dont place an order here. They keep on giving you some reason. they are very lazy. They wont give you on time. Till now I didnt receive my order.

My daughter is 2 years old and we had been to this place for ear piercing. Very bad place for ear piercing. Very bad and less collections of ear rings for babies. They charged me 1300 rupees for ear piercing. It was so horribly done now I had to remove the ear rings for my daughter and get it done again.

Very disappointing experience. We had given my mothers black beads bangles to be replaced by Garnet beads. We had given almost 40 gms of gold .the rate they took old gold in the name of purity etc was 29000. The bangles were redone and the size was changed . the rate of gold was now @30074/- They cheat the people with labour charges that are over the top and exorbitant. The service is slow, it takes ages for paper work.Had been going for the past 5years but now I wouldnt advice ppl to go there unless its inevitable
