It has been a great experience to work with CipherCup. They understand our requirements in detail and try to incorporate the same in the designs. Really professional team. I would recommend them for sure.

First experience was good as they were prompt and work was good. But when it came to the 2nd phase of the work, they cheated me of Rs 50000 by taking advance and not doing work. Neither did I get any payment receipt for the 2nd phase advance payment but I have the bank transaction details and email communication with them in which they have acknowledged receipt of amount. Be careful and get a detailed SOW, payment and refund terms on paper before considering giving them any work.
