Visited this place to have health check of my vehicle. Booked the appointment one day in advance and got the response very well. Also when I went there, the response was very nice and catered my requests and queries very well. Staff was also very polite and helpful. The suggestion given by the service representative was helpful and tried to do all the work within the budget and no undue charges were levied.Very happy with the service.

Had a great experience with Pramod I called him every day regarding my vehicle without delay he answered my call and very helpful person thanks Pramod.

Recently, I bought Baleno Zeta CVT from this showroom. But the major issue is with their accessories. I have asked to fix rear camer as an accessory as this variant doesnt have. No details of reverse camera was shared. They just me mentioned that the reverse camera will be fitted to ear bumper onstead of the top chrome material as in alpha model. This detail was also explained while we were probing for more details in comparing the variants. Delivery was as promised. I realized on day 1 of driving that th guidelines on reverse vision are awkward and are actually not correct. I was informed, this will be corrected during 1st free service. Interim, while my wife took the vehicle to get the number plate fixed also the same was complained. They just misguided her and disabled the guidelines and confirmed it is fixed. On the day or 1st service, I raised this complaint again and the service manager also guided me to contact the accessories guy and dint clarify any. The accessories sales guy claims that he has explained to me that the guidelines will not be accurate as the reverse camera is fixed on bumper. He was falsely claiming that he explained everything earlier. After long debate and quoting all the above scenarios, the customer relations manager confirmed that it was missed during explanation. My main concern is they have been trying to play around the bush for the entire 1 month rather than clarifying the exact reason and no one was taking ownership, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly suggest to check more details if you are buying any accessories from this showroom. Finally, I have to return without any solution 😣
