Feels very good once you step into the shop, you will be gently greeted by the salesmen. Here you will get all that you need for your just born baby upto 5 year old. All well known branded products are sold with little discount. Overall had a warm experience.

I went to buy a gift and I bought and after this where I felt this place firstcry on BEL road is useless. I said I need to gift wrap and they took out some cheap cheap wrapper and I asked dont you have a wrapper apt for kids and shamelessly they said its over and they took most than 20 min to wrap guess why...... because they were wrapping in bits and pieces and I directly said why like this again reason was no gift wrapper there I could not take it because the. Kid whom I was planning to gift would take one day to unwrap their bits and pieces wrap that they used. ABSOLUTELY NO REGRET ON THEIR FACE AND NO SHAME. They call kids shop and cheap things they have. Please change your store name because its not apt for kids . They are over priced and they dont even give decent gift wrapper. Basically looting people . I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS TO ANYONE ONE BEL ROAD

Location is totally wrong, map showing sanjay nagar but actually it is at some other location. I went to location there was nothing.
