The first ever mistake I made was buy a Faber inbuilt stove for my new kitchen. All was well until a year later. As long as the warranty is there, the service is fine with no problems later on. After a year I had some problems and so requested for service. 2 young guys show up and clean the stove and service it. Im asked to pay around 4000 without a bill for anything they did. After the gone, the flame in two of the burners are set so high that all my food gets burnt. So Im again left at the mercy of the service centre who I have to follow up 5 times and it took them 3 weeks to assign a technician. This new guy fixes the flame and again charges me 4000 promising me to send the bill later.Why doesnt Faber have their own technicians to fix problems in their stove? There is no middle ground to the service. Either they harass you to service or youre left in the dark and to to it all I cannot confirm if the technician who is coming is even qualified to handle the use. Please DO NOT BUY FABER unless you are willing to spend loads on service.

I will give zero as my rating. We purchased chimney in April 2021, and it has some power issues. We have been calling customer care from past 4 months, now its Sept 2021 still the response is the manager is not available, there is new chimney in transit. No hopes for this issue getting resolved. Worst services.

I had to install my chimney urgently as I was leaving out of town . The Faber assigned service installation was not responding to me . One of my friend had got his chimney installed by mr Ravi ahd team . Though this ticket was not assigned to him , he took care to pass on the right contact details assigned for me , did a conferance call and helped me resolve the case. Thank you so much mr Ravi for your help !

Very very BAD service. Please dont buy any product from Faber. I had purchased chimney and within 15day this product completely dead . They took for the replacement and now 3 months over but still they have not repaired. I dont know how to express my frustration. Please please dont buy any product from FABER.

Doesnt deserve even one star and the worst service experience I have ever had.I registered the complaint in December, a person came to check on the chimney status, he took few pictures and told that customer service will call me back regarding the service and charged 400/- doing nothing just by taking pictures, saying the next service charge is free. I didnt get any call from customer service, I called them myself after two days and registered the complaint again, its end of February still the problem is not fixed. Reason given is parts not available. In the initial days I got the contact person details directly from customer support who is responsible for fixing the issue. For the past three months I have called them every alternate days to check on the status, mostly I got no response to my calls and sometimes they said, it will be fixed in 2 days and that 2 days never came so far. The person is very rude talking to customer, really very frustrated with the service and the process. I wouldnt recommend the FABER chimney ever again to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR IT.

Their service is pathetic. I bought new sensor chimney its not even 8 month old. Its not working . Initially sensor not worked later on chimney completely stopped. Past 3 months I am chasing and registered complaint via thier customer care and over phone. They not even picking the call..
