There is no option to give no star or negative star...I had a very bad experience. Once my LPG stoves cast steel pipe connecting with the gas pipe was broken and I got it replaced at the service center. Thereafter stoves flame was considerably reduced. After more than two weeks efforts, their technician came to home and fixed it.Actual problem was while replacing the cast steel pipe, some waste particles got inserted in it (due to oversight or negligence of the technician) and it was obstructing the gas supply to the stove.Due to their negligence, I had to suffer a lot. Also I had to pay for rectifying their mistake.

Given wet grinder for repair. They identified motor failure. In spite of waiting for a month, they could not organize a replacement motor. Due to frustration taken back the unit and given a Prestige shop at Sahakarnagar and they identified problem as capacitor failure (not motor). They replaced the capacitor and unit works fine now. Not sure what diagnosis prestige service Centre, Yelahanka did to declare motor failed, when real issue was a capacitor failure!!!!

Worst service. Irresponsible and unprofessional staffs.They took 700 rs to repair an induction, but it stoped working just after 2 days again they charged 150 rs & after 2nd servicing it again stopped working just in 1 day. Now I am calling them they are not picking phone. The technician who collected the induction from my house he asked money for nothing. Worst service center of prestige

I had been to this service center for an issue with my induction cooktop. These people had collected the device and said they will get back. I had to call them multiple times just to get through and they always said they will get back but for no good. This service is just to waste people’s time. They have no idea how to treat customers. The experience have been so ‘HORRIBLE ‘ that I decided to get back the induction without repair. When I collected the product back, they have just closed the cover and everything inside was loose. When I took to other authorised service center the technician showed me the condition and also said they had removed some parts. This service center just wasted 10 days for a one hour job. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. PLEASE GO TO SOME OTHER CENTER.

Service engineer Pradeep from authorized service center of Prestige (Mallikarjuna enterprise) was very arrogant and unhelpful. For a simple Glass Kettle led issue technician requested to come and collect the product after a day. When requested to repair immediately technician was constantly whinging there are too many complaints to attend. Not a customer friendly place, think twice before you go. Absolutely pathetic. Its been 7 weeks that Ive tried to get my hand blender fixed for a minor issue. They dont have parts. They dont respond. As soon as you call them they say theyll call back with updates and they dont. Prestige products are bad anyway (I threw out a 2 year old blender from them) but I badly needed this hand blender/mini processor fixed. Never again Prestige and never again the Yelahanka service center as a recommendation for anyone.

Waste service center.first of all they dont do home service even if you raise complaint.we are not supposed to go to service center when the complainant is already raised online,but these service center people will call you to come center as they dont come to home service.when you raise any service complaint that time itself they are taking the satisfaction code by asking to give your mobile to see service request number.they took the code before work is getting done!?that too nobody will be there to work .they will say you to come tomorrow, dont know do they really have technicians!!!

Went there to get pressure cookers repaired. One of the cooker was to be replaced so I was advised to visit the the head office near lalabagh. Also they asked me to either visit the head office as they didnt have gaskets available with or come after 2 days for the other cookers. Didnt resolve any of my complaints.

Not so impressed with the office or their service. I have gone to replace the gas stove burner, the exact spare was not available 🙄even in Prestige service station. Not sure 😌Finally I bought the burner and its pipeline... Exact spare could have saved me a 100... Also expect the staff to be little more friendly!! if you don’t have any other option, try this place...

I visited twice here for my wet grinder servicing. They do shabby job here. Place is not organized and not clean. Belt was loose, told me its fixed but it had become even worse. They broke the outer cover which I noticed only after reaching home.

I visited for issue with my 5 month old clip on pressure cooker in July . They charged 40 bucks for a product which was still under warranty. . they repaired. In 2 months, the cooker blasted at home. We spoke to customer care, they said that we will get home pick up and drop since it was a severe case. nobody came in 2days. On checking , the person from this service centre said....Call centre ko kuch bhi pata nahin hota hain... these were the words. Blast ho... kuch bhi ho..pick up pressure cooker mein nahi hain(the call centre folks don;t know anything, whether there is a blast or not... there is no pick up/ drop.We physically went to give it. We told him to let us know when it is ready. No update from them for 2 days.Spoke to 4 customer care personsSasmita, Nadeem, Soma shekkhar, Fardeen to update. but in vain. No drop at home as promised. Customer care after calling them, said, that the cooker is ready. We went to pickAgain were charged 95/- rupees for repair fo a 9 month old pressure cooker.Prestige has lost it#FAULTY #CLIP ON (SO CALLED NEW MODEL)not worth it trust me.#CLUELESS CUSTOMER CARE OF PRESTIGE, they dont care, no follow upNo hopes .
