I have been working with yourmaninindia for over more than one year now to fetch and re-issue multiple documents to here in Zurich, Switzerland. The last year had been quite challenging for all of us, however the professional and courteous way they have handled all of my requests were exemplary; having lived in India for over two decades, I understand the enormity of some of those challenges. I would like to provide specific shout out to Janaki who started helping me since mid-way last year and to be frank she has been one of the best service providers I have come across US, UK and Switzerland.Yes, they have requested additional fees on top of the basic charge per request on occasions; I mean if someone needs to travel between cities within India, transportation or lodging is not exactly free, so every request came across as perfectly justifiable to me. Whenever I asked questions or tried to clary I received detailed answers which helped me at ease.I look forward working with them again. Thanks to Janaki and the entire team. TTK Services was referred to me by a friend when I was looking for someone trustworthy and efficient to undertake repair work and painting at my apartment in Bangalore. This team went above and beyond my expectations of a typical service provider in India. The YMII team provided flawless service for me when I needed my birth certificate reissued. Soma Sunder from the YMII team was knowledgeable, guided me through the documents needed and readied my application for submission. Their operations team went down to the town I was born in, managed to retrieve my record and get the birth certificate issued. The certificate had a minor typo in my fathers name, which too the team got corrected for me. Soma Sunder kept me updated through the process that included the usual concerned person not available that happens with most government work, and shipped my birth certificate to me in the US.

First of all, this place is very difficult to find. There is no sign or direction for the place. To make it worse, its registered under different name - ttk service. Secondly, the staff sits at reception is very unfriendly and has little knowledge about the work happens here - gave me all baffled look when I asked about Notary service. Overall very dissapointed

I approached YMII to legalize my MC. They did an excellent job of getting it done. Their communications were also very prompt. Slight downside was they were 2 times more expensive than competitors. But I decided to still go with YMII because their competitors werent competent enough to handle this complex task (they were BSing about the process)!
