NAVCHETANA HOSPITAL yelahanka is located close to the doddaballapur road opp. rly hospital. Facilities are good. But most of the doctors are on call. Those doctors who are on call will not wait for patients and other coordinating facilities. they have tie up with anand diagnostics. But coordination is poor. Many occasion I have witnessed such poor coordination. we have taken vaccine both doses here. The protocol for COVID 19 is very poor , particularly in casuality / emergency. abosolutely zero physical distancing. Managment shall take note and improve the ethics and protocol. they need not look for proof, every day observation is enough. . appreciate their efforts still they need improvement.

Hospital is neat and cleanliness is good and treatment is better enough but the faculty are from different state difficult for the local people who dont know Kannada.

Good hospital, only cleaning and mopping is good in the hospital. Mainly Nursing and lab section needs to be improved very much.They will not update the lab details and other details frequently, we have to follow up with them. Average one.

Ive visited this place more than once. In the first instance, Dr Arun the surgeon was very helpful. But all beds had Corona patients and client follow up is bad. Went to the smaller Omega hospital instead.Again visited casualty with suspected heart problems. Dr Rajesh was exemplary.DONT expect customer service! Theyre doing you a FAVOUR!

The most horrible hospital i have ever been to, given the facilities they provide they charged my Father12k per day just for the bed ... which includes no bedsheet, no food,no nursing and no docter charges.They billed almost 25k per day with horrible nurses.The hospitality is the worst and deserves to be closed immediately.Its worse than the govt hospital. but they charge premium rates for no reason.I have rated one star just because it doesnt allow me to give 0.This hospital deserves negative actually.If you have normal fever -- they said CovidIf you have normal cold and cough - they said CovidAny etc please be care fullMain thing dont get admitted here. Very much disappointed, we visited and did test as proscribed by Doctor, and shared report on whats app as suggeated by doctor, bht we didnt get any response of medician from doctor after 5 hrs of sharing report. Even called her and messaged also, but didnt get any reaponse.

Had my in laws admitted here for covid treatment. One of the best care you get for covid treatment. Special mention required for, Mr. Mohan and Mr. Mohammed, who was very very helping, understanding the situation and cooperative, have Great hearts, which go all the way to help people in their capacity.The treating doctor was Mr. Rajesh Sir, who is the best of best. The way he handles the patient and gives moral boost to them in these times are really very reassuring.The doctors and nurses are so reassuring and took excellent care. My in laws who were both senior citizens recovered and returned safe in a week time. Even with so much of case load, their is no compromise on their care and treatment. My mother had been admitted here when she was tested covid positive. Mr Manu helped for booking a bed and he took care of complete admission process as well. Gave a wrong report of D Dimer, they contract Anand Labs for pathology, report value came 4000+ suggesting major coagulation in blood, sample wasnt taken properly, on checking again at another hospital which sends samples to Anand, the report came

Hospital is well equipped with good facilities, docs & hospital staff are friendly. Got my dad here for fracture and he was treated well. Dr. Ajay Rao was cooperative and helpful throughout. Only problem I faced was there were lot of patients and had to wait for couple of hours on second consultation, though got x ray and other tests done during the waiting period which is good. Ambulance was available at quick pace and the attendants were helpful to get my dad from first floor on strecher though it was difficult.

Yesterday got my parents Covid Shield vaccination done at Navchethana Hospital. Every thing was very smooth, the staff was helpful and knew what they have to do. The sister who administered the vaccination was good at her work, made my parents comfortable and ensured they are stress free during and after the vaccination. Good experience.

Please dont visit for skin treatment. I was experiencing dryness under the eye and doctor suggested me to use Sunscreen and a Alo cream...for whole face...does this make sense...i have normal skin and if u apply d oily Alo cream i feel so oily and if i apply d cream under my eyes, it burns...So called Dermatologist...no time sence too...Kept us waiting and in 3-4 minutes he suggested all ds...Registration fees...Rs.450...goodness...People are just looted.

Went for covid vaccination, place was well organized. Unfortunately there was a problem in the system and I did not get my certificate for more than a week. I was vaccinated for covishield on 10/3/2021.The injection was given by the staff without using gloves.They were very unprofessional too. They were not filling in my correct contact details.Wondering if the hospital is saving on the gloves cost. Some scam? For my Dads Prostrate enlargement surgery, we were admitted here. Forget about all the negative ratings, after staying here for 3 to 4 days, I can whole heartedly say this is a good hospital. Its not fancy and etc., Its old-school, with very friendly and extremely dedicated staff. Dr. Joshi, Urologist who has a clinic in Sahakarnagar, was the one who performed our surgery. They handled everything very efficiently. Special mention to Mr. Manu, who was our point of contact and arranged everything for us, even in this difficult COVID times. Excellent follow up and helpfulness. Nurses and ward boys are also very jovial and attend to our calls very well.Overall, this is a very good Hospital. No complaints.

Thus place is worthless. Doctors are fishing in the dark and have no idea why they are recommending specific treatments. If you enter with a common cold they will admit you and out you on drips for the next 48 hrs. Staff is clueless about what to do and how to respond to queries. They charged for AC room and the AC does not work hence switched off all the time. Stay sway from here if you value your life and money.

Took my wife to hospital to consultant a neurologist with a reference from other doctor , the duty doctor got my wife admitted and said that neurologist shall come next day morning , but next day the neurologist did not come , they did all the investigations stating b12 vitamin deficiency , but there no deficiency and night at 10.30 they again told next the neurologist will come .They are not sensitive towards patients and their problems . They just following standard protocol of making money and dam care about the patients

The worst hospital & their management in the world. After delivery of the baby they did few tests, they took babys blood but they didnt do the initial level mandatory tests like thyroid test while other hospital do. Not only this issues, they said your baby has minor hole on his heart and size is 37mm and we received the report and found 37mm only, we got shocked and diacussed the same with their staff, staff said that what ever we mebmentio in the report is correct and its a minor only not worry, itll close on its own within six months. Then after that we have consulted the same issues with pediatric doctor, he said it cant be 37mm hole, please do check again the ECHO cardiogram test, then we did it and found its around 3 to 4mm. They cheat us they didnt provide proper care. They only want money from us. I suggest please dont go to this hospital.

I underwent a surgery at Navachethana last month. It was a hassle free and good experience. Starting from admission till the moment I was discharged, there was a very good cooperation from the hospital.Everyone treats you with respect, the staffs are well trained and the doctors are very caring. I was quite nervous before the surgery but the doctors and assistants really made me comfortable and helped me through the process. Its simply great.The place is quite hygienic and well maintained as well.The only minor issue was the distance. It was quite far from my home.Other than that, I would highly recommend the hospital for anyone near Yelahanka.

Had a bad experience I had got operated with appendicitis which was severe and said that it was the last stage had got admitted for nearly 2 weeks after which I went for a regular follow up visit and had asked for fitness certificate as i had to travel abroad in few days ...these hospital staff are so under rated and they took nearly 2 hrs to frame few sentences for the certificate also the typists are useless as they dont know to type proper spellings .... It was indeed bad experience with the hospital as it happened during covid I had to wait literally. 2 hours in the basement emergency area with my medical condition...hope reading this they will be serious henceforthInsurance will take forever time .....Treatment and doctor wise they are good . housekeeping maintenance staff excellent

Very commercial people, no response from duty doctors properly once the money enters their basket they do not do justice properly for the patients. My father got admitted thrice to the hospital and for unused medicine and for unused diapers also they have charged exorbitant. Also, in just couple of days of stay exhausted the complete sum insured. Due to gangrene to remove one finger they have charged 2,00,000/- I have a proof of it. The doctors do not visit to the ward at least a day but charges that they have visited twice. Doctor give one medicine and hospital medical stores gives another alternate medicine with higher cost. In simple words they are cheating the persons. Once you rise the voice then final bill will be slightly reduced, why can’t they reduce the same at the initial stage.I heard a proverb that “patient once cured is a customer lost” it’s absolutely true in this hospital.As per my review, they are running this hospital only for the sake of making money.

Very Very worst service. My child was suffering from fever. Duty doctor recommended to blood test. We were waited in the laboratory more than 1 hour. Laboratory staff very much interested in there salary discussion. Finally they were not taken theblood sample. Literally They were not bother about public and there health issues. May be the head of the department ll be take the neccesary auction to irresponsible staff.

Consultation doctor does not focus on the job unless you are existing patient taking personal treatment on regular basis. In case you are referred for Annual health check the response of doctor is very poor. Annual health check should be avoided at this hospital due to poor all round service . looks like focus is on money rather than medical care. People need to make profit for their hard work but not at the cost of the work. patient is fully charged but work is pathetic by the doctor. Management is very poor. I would give 5 ratings only for cleanliness, medical equipment and pathology lab. Rest all is very poor especially doctor, x-ray lab and nurse.

My brother was hospitalised at Navachethana Hospital. I must admit that its a very good place. Be it the Doctors, Nursing Staff or admin staff, every one work passionately for the welfare of patient here. Dr. Rajesh who was taking care of my brother used to call daily to us and update his health status and used to brief about the medication and treatment being given and future course of action. My brothers recovery is testimony for this. Manu, the Manager has been very supportive and helped us even with smallest needs and made my brother comfortable. I took some time to write this review as I had to contemplate and do a sincere one, from what I had experienced as an attender in a fortnight of hospitalization.My mother, a senior citizen, was hospitalized in a very critical condition and she recovered well steadily, primarily due to the timely and very diligent approach taken by a set of amazing doctors, right from the ER all the way through the discharge day, each day, everyday! This aspect impressed me a lot, along with the Nursing team, which I would rate as one of the highest standards.Another aspect, which was really handled professionally is that of the Insurance and Finance department. Although, we had health insurance policy, there requires for attender transparency and timelyupdates as to know the trend of expenditure. Well, to my ease and relief,these departments were impeccable. In hindsight I thought the costs were a little bit on the higher side, but for the kind of treatment my Mother required, it all justified at the end.Last but not the least, the Administration department. Actually this area is quite wide and deep. I could not resist but to write some Pros and a few Cons (there is always scope for improvement)Pros:1. The part of house keeping staff (cleaning and patient personal care) is very cordial and prompt.I must thank them here as it is one of the most demanding tasks.2. The Admin point of contact at the nursing desk is approachable and quick to respondCons:1. The part of house keeping staff (Example general maintenance), at times are too vocal and loud in the corridors, which really disturbs the resting aspect of the patient. Some etiquette must be brought in.2. There is no Cafeteria, not even a Pantry with an oven...at times it matters. There must be something done about this.3. Common areas in the hospital need ventilation, very clastropohbic atmosphere.P.S. I was eager to mention the name of Doctors, Insurance Staff etc....but realized its not apt to do so in public domain such as this one.I would take this opportunity to thank one and all, who made this experience a fruitful one....Thank You Folks!Best Regards,Raghunath S.D.

Had a worst experience with this hospital...referred many friends but they are not happy with their service.money minded people and pay first and then get treatment kind of rule....am not happy

First time visited the hospital for a general query for my wife. They charged 500 Rs(350 consultation+ 50 Registration fee+ 100 for consumables). The doctor didnt wear a mask, she had it around her chin, or gloves for which they charged additional 100 Rs. This is default they are charging for all OPDs. Very pathetic experience! Visit only if you dont care about your money.

Met Dr Bhaskar Reddy, ENT. Misdiagnosed my mother. And he is very rude, maybe he was having a bad day but taking it out on patients is not really professional. He shud keep his temper and attitude in check. Will not recommend this doctor.

Nice Hospital, doctors were good, staff were also wonderful. Not so expensive also. But Infrastructure and cleanliness in emergency area need to improve. For Hospital Hygiene is the most important, To some extent it is lagging.
