Good company but very one behave like there are ceo of the company..and there are no value for our eduaction and maily even 10 standed person are TL in the company

Salary is low and now they are cutting 1k from your salary as cab fees and by cab I meant bus and that bus comes 1hr before duty time and goes after 1 hour of end time so that means 10hr of total dutydespite of working 8 hr straight and if youre doing OT that means its 12 hr of hard work and after that you have to manually entry the OT form and not just that after signing the form you have to get LLDs signature as well Supervisorsfood is not good I mean 50% of workers are from outer state and they make foods that is specifically for Karnatakas people so lot of food wastage everydaythere are strict rules whenever supervisor or MD shows up otherwise the management level remains horrible.barely some good thing I can imagine

Three weeks back i had a Video interview for bangalore location for testing profile.The interview was very simple.After the interview was completed they wont at all gives the proper feedback.we have to beg them to know our feedback.They wont yet all lift our call.Especially one HR Mr Santhosh,he wont give response for Anything.I think he is feeling like American President Donald Trump.Hello there are many companies far far better than you.Dont give silly Buildups.If we selected tell that selected,or leave it.okay..Dont waste our time..Silly fellows

Terrible supplier. Not a responsible supplier. Shipment to USA got return to India for unknown reason causing major factory delay. Second shipment got stuck in customer clearance for 1 week without anyone from Molex India reachable to reply email to resolve the issue, even after multiple emails send to Molex India. Not recommended supplier.
