One of the amazing hotels to stay in. The location is awesome, staff is professional and helpful, rooms are spacious and comfortable. So much to explore including Library lounge. Beautiful and excellent property but pooor management and no proper allocation of room for guests. We paid for 3 rooms and waited for more than 2 hours to get our keys. Lot of confusion with alloting the rooms for the guests. Hotel staffs are really terrible. Wish the hotel rectify the chaos in room allocation.

Amazing place for stay with good food. One small issue when we stayed was with the noise of construction coming from one of the sides. Otherwise, the delux junior suite and service were just out of the world including the friendly staff right from lobby to chef.

Its relatively new property, well designed, very clean and maintained even during this Pandemic.! Loved their service from the staff from the time we entered the hotel (a very warm greetings from the front desk person), to the room service when we were running out of water, till the service in the buffet area. We went with all meals included package and its a great deal for the price you pay. Lunch is a-le-carte with very limited menu but its good enough as you have extravaganza dinner. Dinner buffet was extremely delicious and good enough spread. Very good speed internet so I was able to comfortably work from the hotel room wifi. Very clean and bright color rooms and Indian theme across the hotel..! Very affordable place for the ambience and facilities they provide. Because of this experience, I have choosen stay again tomorrow for couple of days.! 😃 Thank you for all that you do. Look forward for better experience.

The staff Prashanth and Blessing at the restuarant were really nice and helpful. Prashanth was very attentive and solved the queries efficiently . A staff named Blessing was really courteous and understanding the guest needs. Fantastic restuarant. Front office need more people with good organising skills which would be beneficial for the hotel. In short fantastic place clean and cosy.

We had initially booked for 5 days but extended our stay by a further 2 days because this Hotel is just superb. The food, the room, the foyeur when you enter is grand as the name of the Hotel suggests. All the staff especially Ajay and Vijay in reception. Nazia the reservations manager. Hanumanth Rao in the restaurant. The housekeeping supervisor Sunita, Mustafa the guy who made our room and everybody else gave superlative service. The gym, the library, the sports room are additional touches that keeps this Hotel head and shoulders above the rest for a reasonable price.

An amazing hotel located in a great place. The ambience is simply beautiful. The room I stayed in (Executive) was very spacious. The bed was simply fabulous. The shower was a delight to use. The staff was also quite hospitable and looked after all of our needs.The restaurant is located on the first floor and serves food all day. Although it didnt have as many options as I wanted, the quality of food and service was par excellence.The swimming pool is quite small but usable for 2 people at a time.The only hiccup we faced was that our reservation via booking.com hadnt registered in their system, but they were kind enough to give us a coupon for a drink and a room upgrade for the trouble.All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bengaluru.

The experience at Grand Mercure was really grand, royal and amazing with great hospitality. The place has superb interiors with royal decor. Every nook and corner has been beautifully designed which is Instagram worthy pics😀.It also has a library lounge, spa,game zone, banquet hall, swimming pool. The swimming pool was non operational due to covid guidelines. The staff was very warm, welcoming, cordial and soft spoken. They have weekend movie night for children. The staff(sorry I dont remember the persons name)at the front desk was really helpful to us during check-in. Special mention to Mr. Blessing who helped us at the La Utsav restaurant and Mr. Sandeep in the housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet spread was huge with many varieties ranging from north Indian to south Indian, continental, Chinese, French which includes both veg and non-veg. My only dissapoint was being a pure veg, I couldnt eat pastries, croissant, donuts as it includes egg. The dinner buffet had limited options. We enjoyed every moment spent at Grand Mercure during our staycation. I highly recommend to visit the place.

We stayed at Grand Mercure for 5 weeks. We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is right next to Gopalan mall, good for shopping and eating. The service was exceptional and the rooms were spacious. Zibraan, reception manager at the hotel really made sure our stay was comfortable at Grand Mercure. Ajay, vijay, and pratiksha the reception team was always there to welcome us. The restaurant team, chief Ayesh and Deepak always cooked delicious food. Any good hotel can be judged for their goodness based on how they handle the non-VIP guests, e.g., the parking lot where drivers have to park, the utility lift etc. I was completely appalled to see sewage water creeping into the car parking zone in the basement, and it was an absolute stink. While it is understandable that things can go wrong, but they didnt seem to work on it with the kind of urgency they would have shown if this was a guest bathrooms leaking pipe.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed in India. We stayed here on our anniversary and as soon as you enter their reception area, you feel a kind of pleasantness. The staffs are very polite and professional and like to name a few like Arvind & Prashant they were extremely good in understand the clients and make arrangements accordingly. Best in service, very spacious and luxurious room and the bed was simply fabulous. The shower was a delight to use, well-maintained toilets interior.

Spacious room ( king deluxe room ) , exceptionally clean and well maintained restroom. Staff are friendly and happy to help .. special mention to Ashwin .. only disappointing factor would be the breakfast buffet which on our 1st day was a little stale and dried up with a few fruit flies flying about .. 2nd day we had almost exact food options but a fresher batch.. since we would be here having breakfast for 3 days in a row its natural to want a few changes to the breakfast buffet options. Location wise its good too and is walking distance to the mall. Overall its been a good stay so far.. we still have a day more to go .. so hopefully everything goes well till check out.

It was pathetic!!!House keeping worst !!!Front office and Guest relation services are very very disappointing. They could not provide bills and suppositions at the time of check out and kept me waiting for an hour after getting payment from me. Finally I had to leave with out the bills. I suggest other customers to think twice to stay in this hotel at your own risk. No authority was present in the hotel at 11.45 AM to resolve the issues or probably they were present but hiding themselves. Very unprofessional management.
