The store is well placed n has good selection of products. The staff esp Shilpa n Hari were very helpful. I went there to pick up a gift for my niece who was turning one. Located the store on Google n called the store. I was looking for a specific product n asked if it was available. Shilpa helped me pick up a better product! Hari was really sweet n packed the gift really well. Giving 4 stars as the store did not have the original carton that the product came in so they packed in some random carton which was bad. Especially since it was a gift I wanted the original carton with the instructions manual as the product that I bought was a walker that could be converted to a push cycle. The senior staff there asked me to watch a YouTube video whenever I needed to convert the toy from walker to a push cycle! I found that extremely ridiculous. If it were not for Shilpa n Hari who helped me so much I would have not picked up the walker. The store needs to keep the original packaging for customers who want it as a gift or even otherwise its just good practice. Big thanks to Shipa n Hari for their patience n fabulous customer service!!!

Brilliant people and thorough professional.My son got a birthday gift for his second birthday which was a beautiful bugs bunny tricycle ordered from firstcry online store. However, We were unable to install it. One call to this store and Hari came down to help and got it installed within minutes. He also took extra care and precaution in terms of safety by wearing mask and being sanitised. My family is really grateful and my son says thank you.

Had been there today to purchase party dress and toys for my twins. Appreciate that they were ensuring every customer wears mask and sanitize hands, allowing limited no of customers inside the store. The store has very good collection of items required for kids, staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff has good knowledge of the products they have in the store. They do provide discount at the same rate provided online, on all items other than clothes. There is parking space available for cars and bikes, right in front of the store. The store is visible in normal traffic.

One of the best store to buy baby product from day 1. Mostly everything like baby care, baby diapering, baby bathing, flooding, baby cloths and accessories etc are available. Store has good collection of strollers,walkers, cycles,rockers etc. Different Variety of dresses from ethnic to western are there. Feeding bottles, breast pumps etc baby nursing items are available of good brand. But there are some price differences in online and stores. Online prices are much cheaper.

Bought walker for my girl baby. Especially SHERLEY was so friendly and supportive. She knows how to manage/treat customers. Overall good experience by all staffs.

Worst place to buy. Staff Gurdee was very rude as we asked why the price online is cheaper than their store. Sales representative have no knowledge of the products. Unable to answer customer queries about products(mosquito net in my case). They are not trained properly to handle customer.I bought clothes(shirts, bibs, sweaters) for my babies. They were not worth. Quality is not up to the mark compared to price.I also bought mosquito net, which of good quality.There is lot difference in price from online to store.

I usually buy from first cry but it was always an online store for me. This was the first time I was visiting the actual shop. The shop is very well stuffed with all kinds of baby necessities. It has a wide selection of clothes from 0 to around 10 years of kids, both boys and girls. The games section is also very abundant.The best thing about this store is the discount options. It offers all the discount that you can get on their online website. This isnt unprecedented since we get to see what we are buying before we order it and also get immediate delivery that to at a discounted price.The staff is courteous and helpful. Will surely visit more often.

Baby cradle of 5600rs but within months the poor quality cradle net and cloth stitches were open,,not worth for money poor quality cradles and staffs says warranty there before purchasing but after that they will give big smile saying warrenty not covered for poor quality cloth, net and stitches..

Selling duplicate pampers diapers which can be easily made out when compared to original ones....Also this duplicate product is not even absorbing minimal amount of wetness...

Hi, i bought a cradle and few more items from firstcry store, the staff hari explained each and everything related to the cradle and also good discounts.I was not able to take the cradle in 2 wheeler, they spoke to their manager and the manager sent a guy along with me to drop the cradle.The staff is really well behaved and disciplined. I would suggest to visit this store.

Great collection for all baby related stuff! Store attenders are very friendly in explaining all features of the product and and suggesting the best products for your little one. We ordered a baby cot that was swiftly delivered and installed by Gurdeep and Hari in a professional way.

We had ordered for a baby crib and cradle combo and on a early installation request they came over at a beck of a call and they made what is an extensive installation process easier. Very small shop. The tiniest store for kids in Ramamurthy nagar and kr puram. I had very bad experience in interacting with the people here. In fact, the store executives are still giving their first cries here even after being so old. They dont know anything.
