Very bad service. I took a sim card through online and waited for its delivery but no one contacted so I went to this Vi store they told me to go and come back on another day so again I went at 15th march after that they given sim card and after sometime I got a messege like kyc failed its because the staff in vi store hasnt filled my documents correctly so I lost that number. Never go to this Vi store very irresponsible staffs.

Too bit old processes to be followed. But very helpful and welcome staff. To the point and they clearly tell you what is needed and get you a solution. Good job to the employees there

If u go with any request ,,they will not help out...if its prepaid sim.. they will say u cannot take prepaid sim now n u have to go for postpaid...if u say no to it they will say that ..they dont have sim in stock n send u back...literally there is no customer service here...I went for a sim card 3 times to different stores n no one helped me out for the sim card

Visited store at 6:50 pm today. 2 counter was busy and one was free. I went to the free counter and asked about postpaid plan and MNP. The moment I asked that I want to port my Airtel prepaid to vodafone prepaid then the person started fooling around like request online and all. When I asked her that is it possible here or not they she changed her statement and said that the timing is over and again changed her statement that this is a cash counter and asked me to go to the next counter. The next counter guy told me that time up. So finally I had to leave without a solution. Great job vodafone & idea. This shows that how much do you people respect your customers. Your employees just care about their postpaid conversion targets and not everyone.

Postpaid number which was on my brothers name, they changed it to my name. Without even bothering to ask for the confirmation from my brother.And after 3 months when I went to vodafone store to change that same postpaid to prepaid connection. They said, they need id proof, photo, and come on the last day of ur postpaid billing. So we can initiate ur prepaid connection.Other level of stupidity and harrasment frm these vodafone people.

Vodafone is still billing high in these days. They dont provide prepaid sims. Also they force u to take postpaid for portability. Postpaid will have no control over and they charge high on it

Good Service.. My SIM has stopped working somehow. They replace the SIM and restore the connectivity within a day. For me, this the first time service is and Im happy with their response and proneness.

Utterly bad experience with this branch. The callous attitude of the employees. Also please make sure whatever payment u make, do take receipt coz later they will for sure deny of any such transaction, further they even deny a customer copy of the card transaction. Utterly disappointed with the service. God bless India.

I have my company bill payment to pay ,they told that our application will close by 6:00PM but the store person waited me to sit in sofa and finished all bill payments by 6:20PM after that he called me and given paid bills Xerox for each and every numbers which I have paid the payments I was so happy with there services, which I have got in that store its awesome service they are understanding the customers situations and timings keep it well done by store representative....

Pls dont go for vodafone connection or store they are worst in service they just need money service is big zero

Dont ever trust them.... They always provide wrong info... So before going their, contact customer care first and gather whatever information you want and they dont know anything... They talk about their benefits and dont think about customer. If the members are free also they dont attend customer and make them to wait... I recommend not to visit that store ... I had a worst experience with this shop. I went to the shop to activate my deactivated sim and they told me to take post paid for 3 months. After three months they are arguing that company had changed the rule and thus not able to change it and asked me to continue in the same plan.I contacted the Vodafone customer care and got to know that there is no rule like that.Staffs behaviour is also very bad. Too bad service.

Very careless service. In addition to that, I have been issued a SIM card which has not been activated for 36 hours now - still awaiting activation. Vodafone call center says no information on the SIM request. Vodafone call center too is a pretty much clueless setup. All Indians are being systematically forced to move to a particular provider, I guess.

Very very pathetic service of vodafhone, did a terrible mistake taking a decision to port my primary number to vodafhone. For no reason my sim card got deactivated and when asked they are not able to provide any reasons. Its been 10 days still my services are not restored. Shame on you vodafone, seriously pathetic service you guys provide.

Once u say them u want to change to prepaid they will ignore you. They will take your application but it will be rejected and u have to submit again Also they will ask u to recharge for 555 plan for Internet. If u ask for 399 plan they will say not possible and to change to prepaid have to recharge with 555. Wrong suggestions from them. Not happy

Worst customer service. To convert from postpaid connection to prepaid connection we need to beg them and give the reason. If he is satisfied he will agree to proceed.

Vodafone store is located on Sarjapur Road and easily accessible. Each customer has to take a token and wait for his/her turn. There are 3 counters to which you get allocated per token. Counter can help you with your query or get a prepaid or postpaid sim.A male staff sitting in corner of the store probably counter B is extremely unhelpful and makes lot of excuses before completing the work.One fine day in March, I went to buy a new prepaid sim, he gave a excuse that the vodafone tower is far from your house and thus network will be poor. He also told that current mobile numbers (new sim) available in the store were all allocated to someone and you may get calls from unknown numbers if you take this mobile number. If not, come next week for fresh set of mobile number. I got the number in spite of his excuses, anyway.Week after that, I also went for MNP of my prepaid number. My token got assigned to the same guy. He made up a excuse that my UPC is incorrect as it not being accepted in their system. He asked me to get in touch with current operator. I went a day after and fortunately got another customer care executive to assist me. This customer care executive was able to take request for MNP with same UPC without any issues.

Customer reception and service is professional. Waiting time is long in peak hours. Even customers should mind that people are waiting and have to quickly finish their queries instead of asking lot many and wasting others time....

Right now me in Vodafone shop and these people saying they only have stock for postpaid and no prepaid sim available . For prepaid they have to order sim and get and they compelling to take postpaid sim.. Worst experience

Vodafone network is worst nowadays. Im not even getting 1mbps speed on 4g. When I came here to convert my Sim from post to prepaid they are saying that its mandatory to do min 179 recharge. Why should I pay that much if I dont want to use it. I can just pay 10rs. Stupid rules and stupid network.

No star. It is pathetic. They provide no solution for anything. You wont believe I got a new SIM from them and its not activated yet after 30 days, I visited the here multiple times and they say they dont know any solution. Never ever choose to Vodafone. They are cheeters robbing.
