Very Good and Fast Service. I met Mr Shivkumar on the front desk and I was happy with his service. He took a lot of time to choose the best number for me.

It was super quick to get a 4G simcard for me. Spacious and clean place.Token system to manage the crowd.On the main road just 50 meters away from Bellandur Central mall.You can drop the cheque for your bills.

The vodafone staff are simply worse. While I converted from postpaid to prepaid connection, they put a random name in my profile. When I went to complain, they are telling you have to change to postpaid again. This is just unexpected. Dont harass customers like this.

Whats the point openings store from 10 am during lockdown period .when govt allow public from 6 to 10 am in the morning.

Worst experience. The staffs doesnt want to work, they dont want to attend customers. They get irritated looking at the customers. They arent well informed about their own business process

I went there to port my prepaid number to Vodafone. They didnt help me as they said they dont have prepaid sim stock. They were more in to selling postpaid connections. The employees were pestering to take a postpaid connection. I went there few times as it is the nearest store from my room and the same thing happened everytime. Then I wrote an email to Vodafone customer care complaining about the situation, who contacted the store manager. He called me and asked me to come the next day. Later when I went there, they gave me the prepaid sim.

Its been some time since I used their store services and last used was for a identify proof submission. The team there is not exactly friendly, but they do the job. It takes some time and its just the way they are. Slightly better than government offices because of the ambience offered and that token system.Visit this place only if you have to.

Pathetic service. After the merger with Idea, Vodafone has gone from bad to worse. The network has gone bad and with slow speed. I had issues in international roaming and when I come back they inform that I had a old SIM - that being the case, why doesnt Vodafone inform customers to replace SIM beforehand - a complete waste of Rs. 2999 for 7 days roaming. After coming back, I requested for SIM replacement @ Friday 5pm and they said within 2 hrs it will be activated.After 3 hrs I called up customer care, they said that the Bellandur branch has not placed a request at all and that it will take 48 hrs for resolution.These guys are just swindling away money from customers with pathetic service.

Vodafone sucks big time. Their service personnel will tell you that its some fault with your handset & will never admit its their network that sucks. If you still manage to convince that your handset is pristine & perfect, they might tell you there is something wrong with your head. I m glad that this company is under large debt. I really wish they shut shops soon. BTW if you are reading this, and still have a Vodafone, then PORT & send it to 1900 & perhaps switch to some better network.

Never go to this Vodafone store. I went to the store to get a new SIM on Saturday. Still on Tuesday the SIM did not get activated. This store does not have a contact number of its own. Customer Service is also very poor. Better close this Vodafone Store. I suggest visit a local store, they do their job better than this store people..... :(

Excellent customer service, I’m a foreigner and I came quite late, I didn’t even have enough Rupee to pay for the SIM, but they accepted another currency and worked later than the closed time to activate the SIM.Really appreciate the help from Vinodh and his friend!

Its absolute loot. I went to the store to convert my postpaid plan to prepaid. Although theres no charge for the conversion they took 300bucks for that. The billing guy Shashikumar BJ and his manager were lying about the minimum first recharge amount. Didnt receive any bill for the Conversion charge and First Recharge amount. Boycott Vodafone.

3 times I visited the store. They are give false information. Long horrible experience to share.

My brothers phne was snatched but we got new sim from Vodafone office although it took time as the girl who did things for rhe firwt timw couldnt manage it nicely. So after two days I again went there and the guy did it in minutes.

They wont give you prepaid sim with fresh number.

They do their work. You can port your SIM, or get a new one without any expenses, like other Telecom providers. But they dont know anything about e-SIM or when its coming to Vodafone.

First of all the response is not proper. Second thing they doesnt have prepaid service. When I went there for MNP from postpaid to prepaid conversation executive told that in Vodafone no such option. Only postpaid to postpaid or prepaid to prepaid only possible. But other operators are supporting that.It issue with Vodafone or especially with this store?Those who is looking for postpaid to prepaid conversation dont go,Its waste of your time. I would have check the reviews before visiting that store.

This store is located next to Central and restaurants and so any work that needs to get done here makes it a great place to visit. The staff is polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

No problem with the store, problem is with the network and i know even the store staff cant do anything on this. Good for porting and bill payments. Dont expect anything above this. Staff in this store are with Short temper , you need to be carefull while speaking with them. There Job is to convince, so if you want to switch from post to pre, they say all stupid reasons and try to convince you.

People sitting there to give service doesnt even know how to talk to their customers. It is only good for attracting new customers. They doesnt even have new prepaid sim cards available and they keep asking people to come after 15 days and this cycle continues and in the end when you get frustrated they ask to go to some other Vodafone store. The below statement being told by one of the Vodafone agents to me Do not ask me N number of questions as we are not here answer your questions here. If you are not satisfied with us please escalate to higher authorities. The above line really talks about the effort put in by the agents to resolve customer problems. For any problem I have gone here there is no definite solution provided ever, however on the same line got immediate support and help from Vodafone Store, Marathahalli in time and also had timely resolution of problems.

Average service experience, even after having new sim cards he hesitated to give on day1 and asked me to come a week later, the same thing he told again, when I argued saying you did the same last time he gave me a new one...This is in case of PORTing sim

They first charged me 500Rupees for the sim card, then later asked another 100 rupees for tax. I later found out my friend got it for 490 rupees for the same postpaid plan while I paid 600 rupees. So I guess I just got scammed. The service is very very slow although there were no one else in the shop.

Cheated with new sim first recharge - took the money of 400 for 84 days validity , provided no bill. However plan got expired in first month itself.Didnt solve sim not provisioned issue - the staff is lazy and hardly cares for customers issues , I reported the issue and had to follow up daily without any progress .My advice to Vodafone - close this office and go home

1. Service is not good. (Actually my issue is resolved but taken more than 7 days I think.)2. New prepaid SIM cost 195/- (30/- + 300MB). (But outside we are getting free SIM). So Vodafone Store itself forcefully encouraging switch to other network.

I have been running around these store to get me lost sim activated and its been more than 20hr+ still the SIM is not active and to my surprise these Vodafone store do not have inter linked communication with other store in Bangalore. Vodafone store provide regular services for new or existing connections. Approaching road is completely broken. Mostly you will have some waiting time.

They will not tell you what postpaid plan they are enrolling you, the benefits and charges. Though I have free minutes, I am charged for each std call + 125 plan rate + taxes above that. I wasnt told of charges other than 125 and I have to pay for at least 3 months, thats mandatory. It is such a scam.

If I could i would give this store a negative rating. The vodafone executives in the store have no knowledge about anythin at vodafone. Everyone person gives different information and would just waste your time. Instead go to a bigger Vodafone store if you want to get things done in a single day. Dont go to thia store. They will just waste your time.

They wont give u a prepaid sim if u r planning to port to Vodafone. They will tell you to take postpaid sim and change it to prepaid after 3 months. The postpaid billing is worst. Depending on the way you r paying, the bill changes. They will incur charges (like VAS) without any notice. They dont even provide any possible solution for your problem. You have to come up with Ur own possibilities. If they dont give you prepaid sim, go to the Airtel store near by. Airtel gives you prepaid sim for porting. Dont compromise. Dont take postpaid sim. You may regret it.

Good service and behaviour of staff but very crowded have to wait atleast 20 min before your turn. You have to take a chit from a token machine and wait for your turn. Once your turn comes out will be shown in the display with the desk no. There are at least 6-8 desks present there. Adjust linking is also find here. Parking is a big issue.

Bad experience. I went for MNP for a prepaid connection, straight away said there is no stock. When asked about postpaid, the person said he can give that. Simply ignoring prepaid customers.

You get very bad service in this store.They dont know the process themselves first and they will make you run around several times for documents.This is the kind of service they give to customer who is using their services for more than 10 years. very annoyed .......They will also conviniently request you to raise a complaint with the vodafone helpline as they know( and me too by now ) that helplines are inefficient in adressing the issue.

Never go to this shop. Worst experience in my life. I bought a Iphone 6k plan in Jan 2015 and still struggling to get a solution in spite of visiting stores more than 10 times. This plan was sold by Risha Bhardwaj and she is not at all taking accountability. Current store manger is better supportive

Even though after checking many bad reviews of this Store I rushed to this store on 5th of July 2016 for MNP, they filled the MNP application form without entering the Unique Porting Code. So I only reminded the person who is sitting in Customer service Person. How negligence they are?. Without understanding the Problem how these peoples can resolve the customer problem.
