The office is closed. But a Docomo representative sits outside the store to help. Monday to Saturday from 11am to 6pm. SIM replacement is done. Representative is really helpful. Responds to all the queries. And issues to get resolved. But not sure how long this support will be available.

Average service. Employees are dishonest. Taking bribe. For one fancy number 77**0 99999. They initially ask for 1.25 Lakh. But pathetic part that number was own by us and we delayed 6-month rental. Due to that, they taken back the number. But when we contacted they informed we have to pay 1.25L. Then one of the employee ask 20K cash and we given the amount. He then assign the number again....

Docomo is going to be extinct in Bangalore soon, however I do not know about the merging with air tel some say it is fake news some say it is true, however it is working for the time and been and this been the only office around Bangalore, hence I was here to make a micro sim, I did not have to get inside there was a unbrella outside and he gave the sim and it was activated like a hour or so, by the time I reached home it was already active. The place is in the heart of Koramangala and looks like a pretty cool office from outside

I had went to this place today, Since Docomo is now merged to Airtel, the current Docomo SIM is inactive to activate the same Docomo sim to Airtel I then went to Airtel Care center which is located on the backside road location near HDFC bank and Airtel Care team provided me a new SIM with same number , main proof to be provided is Adhar card. 3 star is for the security guard of the Docomo office who showed me the route to Airtel office.

The store is permanently shut down. The company has not made any alternate arrangements to its customers and disconnected all the Sims. With all the brand stores across the city shut down, people had come from far off places to collect duplicate/alternate Sims from one guy who comes there on a temporary basis. This is a very pathetic way of treating its customers.

Tata docomo was good earlier but suddenly they stopped their services and all their service center as well. Someone told me that this is only service center which is still ongoing. I went their there is no service center now one guy will be sitting outside the center with a stall and with bunch of sim. Guy will help you with your problems (mon- sat from 10 am to 5pm). But not sure when this also will be closed. Gave 1 star for Tata docomo for their worst services.

One of the worst service in telecom industry. My sim service is lost because of there technical issues so they are asking 275 rs with the same number or else need to pay 100 rs for new sim. Worst thing i face in this store was person standing in front of the stop under umbrella and he only said why required this sim go for another brand docomo not working properly and no offers, he is also using airtel sim. verry bad experience.

It is opposite to Forum road. Easily noticeable from the road. Parking structure available. Free when I had been there. In ground floor ATM is available for cash transaction. Cards accepted but depending on mood of executive. I had faced scenario that, they asked me to swipe only once. If transaction fails, no second attempt to swipe. Felt bad for inconvenience but luckily I have used the ATM machine to withdraw the cash. I felt executive are bit lazy not quite quickly resolving customer problem. There is 1hour lunch time in that period if you go they ask you to wait. Plan accordingly.

Never go for Tata Docomo connectionNetwork sucks even in core areas of Bangalore, 3G Internet works slower than 2G of other providers.I you got in any problem with your connection, the customer care is horrible. They simply ask for unnecessary documents (hard copies), like sarkari offices.

In the centre not all very interested in attending the customers but one person by name Umesh was trying his best and he was the one who later assisted us. Docomo office will be closed, but there will be one office representative by name Satish(I have his mobilenumber, but do not want to share).3.) He (Satish) will be there between 10AM - 6PM4.) He will provide required service with in 2 minutes by charging Rs.80/= (and he will not give any receipt, not sure why!!!)5.) Please carry address/photo Id proof ( preferably Aadhar card)6.) Sunday will be closed7.) Normally around 100 people will visit here during week days8) avoid going on Satuday due more crowd.9) Docomo SIM cards will automatically switched/ported to Airtel from Jan-19 onwards10.) Most of the Docomo brand stores are closed in bengaluru and many of existing Docomo users like me who are facing network issues have no idea where to go as even the customer care support didnt provide information on which of the outlets were functional.Fortunately after making visiting airtel store i got information that only in Koramangala brand store location all the assisstance will be provided.Those who need to replace their sim cards or have any queries can go to this place. The entire outlet is closed but youll find only one Tata Docomo representative attending all queries at this place.After getting the new sim, I was informed by the representative that theres no need to port the number to airtel as this will be handled by the airtel operator.

I gave request to change my number from postpaid to prepaid in Dec 2016.1st time : they didnt convert telling that the documents was not clear - ( I went with all originals, they photocopied all documents from their on store )2nd time : I sent them the documents through email, they rejected telling me the document is not clear. I went to store made them take print out in front of me and everything came clear, the executive (Sreedhar) said sorry and re applied the request.3rd time : Today Feb 17th 2017, they called me asking for document, telling that contact number is wrong and asking me to pay the bill and also to go to store and submit documents again.Solution: I have decided to go with the consumer court and solve this issue.Conclusion : Please dont ever think about taking a Tata Docomo Postpaid connection. Whenever I visited the store, it not just me there are 1 or 2 people complaining the same about the postpaid connection.

Dont take Docomo internet dongle. I wasted 5000 on 2 dongle (cdma+gsm). Both worked fine for 10-10 days. After that no network. They are saying tower problem in Koramangala area. gosh, how come tower issue in Koramangala area. they didnt helped. Sayed nothing can be done. Very pathetic service... I was using Docomo prepaid number. two days before I got a call from their tele caller. TAfter they said the offer i said ok. The same day I got SIM. Pathetic customer servicing. I did a very big mistake porting my number from airtel to docomo.i requested for prepaid with some docomo executive on call, she send some executive to collect the documents and converted my num to postpaid without my signature of approval. Had it been a negative, I would have given that too.The service is extremely bad and un supportive. They do not care about the customer and keep telling the same thing. Dont answer the calls.I applied for migration from prepaid to postpaid. They told me it will be active in 2 days. Its been almost two weeks and the sim is not active yet. On top of that they deactivated the prepaid sim too. Now I am facing problems in recieving calls as I have been using this no. from past 4 yrs.They tell me that no. was deactivated due to wrong LR verification. They say that, contact I gave for verification is a Kerela no. but that no. has already been ported to karnataka three months back.When asked to revert the sim to prepaid, they are telling me to pay 320 rs. extra for reactivation in addition to 150 rs. their representative took on form submission.I am option out from their subcription and will request a=other users too to switch if they want to avoid any trouble in future.

Very very bad customer serviceIf we call to the them they will left the call and they will disconnect and they will say we wont respond on phone. We need to come here and ask them if any thing, and if we ask any questions in reception they will say we need to go and ask manager. If we go their they will say manger is on leave we need to come on when he come to office. Ex: one person applied MNP offer and fill all the forms and submitted all documents and got the docomo sim. then after 2 days got the message as successful. But after completing 15 also MNP was not applied when he go to the office and ask them they will say that documents not submitted and local reference is not written in this form. Then he asked that while filling the application we have shown to u and asked that anything has to be filled in this then he said that no need u have got the sim card it will activate with in 7days. But after completing 15 days also its activated and they didnt inform. When he came to office ask them what to do now the receptionist said that talk to manager. Then he go their manager is on leave we need to come when he come to office. And he asked what to do now in basement floor another manager will be go and ask, when he go their no one in that floor they all went out from office. Any one in that office not listen his words then he got irritated and asked them to I didnt need this sim card now, then they said that go to cash counter refund sim card their. They will refund u, and if we. Ask any question in English they will reply in Kannada language or in Hindi language
