Went for purchase of new SIM for the hotspot device. They just deceive you by raising the charge by Rs. 100 since you doing know the rental plans. They said Rs. 499 rental and Rs. 99 as membership to have 1 GB PER day for six months. But its actual cost is Rs. 399 and Rs. 99 which I came to know from customer care. Cheap cheaters

Does not deserve even one star. Bunch of idiots made me roam around for a month to get MNP done & did not even have the courtesy to update the status. Worst attitude Ive ever seen and they act as though they are doing a favour for customers. Never got the job done and did not give any proper reason.

Although the name suggest that its a reliance store, but store executives says reliance gsm has shut down its buisness in karnataka,Went there for updating e kyc for reliance gsm but even this simple facility is not available there.

Bloody Cheats !!! I went for porting my number from Kolkata circle to bangalore circle. They asked me to generate UPC code and fill forms and submit with address proofs etc... i had to visit 3 times to get it done and they charged me a fee as well for that. I waited 15 days and nothing happened. I went back to these people and what they said was astonishing !!! They said - sir number porting is not happening now a days... reliance GSM will shutdown and merge into jio soon. You get ur number pprted to another network.I called the customer care and the process was completely different. Bloody cheats and thugs and untrained donkeys in the staff.

Within 5 Mins I got new sim which I lost with Mobile :) Happy with Service..Keep it Up

Hopeless service and the people in this Shop is very ir-responsible person. They dont guide or give proper information. We lose hopes on Reliance network.

Very good service by both the Guys,,, i faced problem from past one month keep on trying call centre they every time giving bull shet answers, But this guys are did good job and re-activated my number in 3 hours time,,,,Good Job Keep it up Guys!!!!!
