This people are cheating the customers upfront. Till the name was Solutions Infini it was good atleast customer support was responding. Now its became a government office. So be careful from this cheaters. Think 100 times before doing business from them. Actually Should start giving negative rating. This people are not eligible for 1 star also.
This company is founded by lot of cheaters, which they are doing day to day basic with the customers. Cheater management and Pathetic services.
Trust me this is one the 3rd class company I had ever seen. 3rd class employees, 3rd class response, 3rd grade customer service. The best cheaters in the world.

Very very very bad product, don’t know how there are in business. Most of their important SMS Api have critical bugs, if you want to do college project use them otherwise strictly avoid. You will regret wasting Dev time
Worst service ever. Sms service stops functioning every quarter and we have to reach out to them for a fix. Regretting taking service from them. Please avoid them and go for other sms providers

Worst Support & Service. Pls dont go for their service. They cheat you and most of their products have severe bugs. Have faced integration issues with K-Cloud - it does not work with top CRM platforms. Have almost been trying to integrate it for a month now but dont see any progress. Pls stay away from their service.

Actually I went for interview here.They took 3 rounds of technical interview...For results HR told will inform my evening, but no response for 5-10days also... Even no response for mail or message...Bad experience...
This happened with my friend , they take telephonic round with the candidate and for next round they call for office and then there will be no aptitude or technical rounds , they just ask some dumb questions and end the interview. They wont update about the interview for 15-20 days when the candidate call and enquire then they tell that candidate is rejected. This is serious issue it hurts the candidate confidence without taking a proper interview how can you reject candidate and his capabilities. And without updating about interview result till the candidate asks is not professional as well. I am working out with legally to take u guys , hope will meet up soon.

Good energetic company with awesome people, but unfortunately when they take interviews they tell candidates that they face more then 100 plus issue tickets per day Oh my God... people who take interviews are Ambassador of company.. 100 issues per day is not something to feel proud about,...Dear management you seriously need to hire an process manager or QA Manager to curbe or to reduce these issues to at least 10 per day, you are a product based company, and i dont think Customers will be generous enough to support you, if you keep on having 100 issues per day. Take it as my suggestion/input (i might not be a right candidate to get hired in your organization in any domain, due to lack of my skills) , please hire a Six Sizma certified process Manager to take care of Development team. Those many tickets per day is bad for Business..seems like entire organization is dependent on Customer support, so i suggest if you follow scrum process or V model to keep customer, tester, customer executive. BA, project Managers, Development team on same page, before making any promise to Customers so that they realize what challenges they might face, make sure you do have testing, staging environment before you.give production live, product support.. it will help you in long run..

Worst possible SMS client. We have a transactional SMS package with this company. They conveniently deactivated our account because we have not logged into their portal in 3 months!!!!!Transaction SMSes going to our customers were stopped because we didnt log into your portal! You didnt even care to call/email us to inform that this might happen. But your sales team would ensure they call 10 times in a day to sell the packages. Bloody unprofessional guysOnce I have bought a package, you have no right to do anything in my account without informing be about it. Please get that into your stupid heads!

At last they said i dont have have any credits left. Actually there where around 40,000 credits left in my account. They had robbed my balance credits. So i request you all please dont use SOLUTION INFINI services any more. As they cheat and dupe people. And they rob our balance credits from our accounts.
