I had been to this place. I was in search of Office Table for my Work From Home setup. They had only 3 collections over there.We were looking at the table our own. After 10 minute, one assistant came and asked for help.I told about the measurement and need of furniture for my Work From Home setup. When I asked more collections and requirements, he said hes going to show in the website and we have to order over there whichever we want. They wont provide customized furniture/product as per your need. What ever is available, they are going to provide that.The fact here is once we order/buy furniture at their shop (though it is through Pepperfry website), they will provide help and support at their shop when something go wrong.If we order through website, we need to talk to Customer Care and we should go their assistance. Not through this shop.Thing here is, they wont show you furniture as per your need and price. They always show some higher price and make us to order through their shop. Thats bad. For example, when I asked Office Table with my measurements, they said they dont have. But when we come home and searched over website, its available. So its kind of scam at the shop.You can always check the furniture/products over there. You will come to know the look and feel of the product.I request you to dont buy any products from their shop. They will make you fool. Rather than buy from website your own.

Relatively better if you compare it with mediocre urban ladder. Their interaction with customers and way of explaining the advantages of ordering the products from the experience center and really commendable. Staff are really knowledgeable and supportive. Keep it up..

Friendly staff and they have some demo pieces. Most of the items arent available for demo and they will just show the items in their websites in a TV screen. If you are planning to visit this place to have a touch and feel of any specific product, just call them upfront to check the availability of the product for demo.

Its a studio, so they have kept only few stuff that to add per studios interior beauty enhancement. Staffs would mostly just guide you through online catalog.

The outlet has parking for only 3 vehicles. If you are going for a casual browse on a weekend be prepared to go out and rearrange your car a few times as the security guys play a game of Tetris in the parking.The collection is okay but the staff is hit or miss with their knowledge of furniture or company processes. We were promised a discount and priority support if we bought at the store vs ordering ourselves but that never materialized and the shipment was delayed with no avenue for redressal.

Customer support is utterly bad post the purchase of product. Please explore multiple options apart from Pepperfry (even their app also gives you false information). I purchased Cot & Mattresses on 17th July from Whitefield store and from there my struggle started. Store staff will not respond promptly, shall give a very simple advice refer to app after making multiple calls (This app will not show accurate info).PLUS, products what they display will differ from the ones delivered.I would give less 1 star, but unfortunately there is no option 😠😡😭😥😢

VERY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!We went to the Whitefield store today afternoon to get few furnitures. Even after waiting for so long we were not attended at all. When we thought of exploring the store ourselves one guy guy came and rudely said that the store is getting rennovated. With very few collection and idiotic service people, i am not sure why the store is kept open. If you want to buy something from pepperfry dont waste your time going to the store, just get it online.

If u want to purchase Pepperfry Furniture, its better to check on website as very few items are there in studio. Finally u have to check on website only, so Total wastage of time to visit Pepperfry studio.

Studio Pepperfry is a double-storey place in WHitefield next to Royal Enfield showroom. Its an experience studio for the Peppery furniture. It showcases all sorts of rooms - kids room, master bedroom, kitchen, studio, dining room etc and diff type of styles. They also host events and give opportunity people to come around and feel and trust the brand before buying. Must recommend if you are looking for some furniture.

Went to check out some side tables. All in all very limited inventory of everything. The sad part is that they dont post the cost of any item on the cards by the side of the furniture. So we have to call the staff ( very limited staff anyway) who scan the barcode. In our case the scan could not get the price.All in all bit mystified why prices are not listed.

Pepperfry just cheats you. When the solid wood (Bed) breaks in a month. They say it’s not covered under warranty. The response is delayed. They say warranty means repair of defective piece. Who will buy defective piece. Covering a defective piece is not called warranty.Absolutely not worth buying furniture from this brand.

It is basically a display center of pepperfry. Not all products in the website is displayed in the showroom. Higher range products are only displayed.

Worst experience!! We went for a queen size cot, fitting mattress, baby crib and cot along with baby wardrobe and changing table. A deal worth 2L which they lost due to their salesmans attitude.We initially entered the store and waited for 10 minutes, nobody came to assist despite seeing us. We had a good exp from indiranagar Pepperfry 3 years back. hence this visit to their counterparts which was a big mistake.Finally after standing for around 10-15 mnts. we decided to leave and turned back, at which moment a person came out of nowhere to assist. We had lost our enthusiasm and pointed out the hospitality exprnce and informed that we will find the needed elsewhere.Salesmans name was Mohit gera and he was like “u can take a look first “ and we thought ok.Mohit took us to a high table with high chairs where HE sat comfortably. There was only one chair left, with my high baby bump I obviously could not jump up to sit on it and my husband stood supporting me.The salesman indeed turned out spiteful for our outburst before!!!We had already decided the products we wanted and just wanted to see the material from them, but he kept on drawling in his fake accent showing us different lower priced cots in the website. We made it clear we had fixed the items and he just needed to show us the items and decide the payment.The guy still kept browsing through his website, showing his attitude and wasting time whilst he was comfortably seated.With my 7 month baby bump i had pins and needles in my leg and could no longer keep standing.Above all the fake drawling of his...he had no answer Wen we asked him a simple query regarding the cot material, the guy only knew wat was written in their site product description, which we already knew.We just said no thanks and left, this is how u lose a very good business. half an hour we had to adjust to his ego and attitude, no more. We forgot the cots and crib we so loved due to this guy and moved on to homecenter which was nearby.It was a heavenly experience after this. They welcomed us warmly, took me to a comfortable couch seeing that i am carrying and gave me a bottle of water despite their store being jampacked. We bought all the furniture from Homecenter.Never again will we visit pepperfry, the whitefield branch is the worst. Now we know there are other stores where customers are treated with respect and thats where we will take our business.

My first and second visit were on the Indiranagar studio . After spending few minutes came out both of the time with out picking anything .Such an awful customer service it has. Then thought of giving a try to Whitefield studio. It is bigger and better .Found almost everything I was looking for . Physically checked the products placed the orders because the store manager Chandana has personally taken care of our requirements and doubts . Hopefully this kind of good service continue from now on

Much of the inventory is available online and unless you need someones face time, you can avoid visiting the store. The store manager is proactive and did infact help us with a purchase. The Pepper Fry brand has very limited items onsite, and same goes for their partners and sellers.Be careful while buying items and validate if its a pepper fry product or another partner as it can make a huge difference in your overall purchase and delivery experience.

Return / cancelation policy is tricky which I didnt appreciate. Mr Himanshu from the store told that he will help with smooth delivery & any issues so we should order from his store rather than online. He hasnt respond to even a single call out of 8-9 calls I made, after furniture was ordered from the store. BEWARE OF such unethical practice of the PEPPERFRY employees...😠

As a company, this is one bad company you shouldnt buy products from. Their designers are incompetent and their support staff are the worst. They dont even try to solve the problems. They just try hard to push back without understanding the customers support requestOn the web portal, their rating system is completely manipulated. It is not like Amazon that does unbiased ratings. Dont trust their ratings. Because if you buy based on the ratings, youd have disappointing results.As a company, they dont care. I escalated issues but never got a follow-up from their execs. The only reason they have a buzz now is because of the startup hype. Theyll soon fall on their face

Store personal seems to be less interested in attending customer. He was of the attitude everything is available online why are you here. Thiss the experience I got from whitefiled store. Since store is almost empty with very less display I requested to show online catalogue, the store in charge didnt had the courtesy to offer a seat and made me stand the entire presentation. Guys are you really serious with this business ?Apreciate basic sales etiquette. Would suggest wooden street or Shikawati instead.Sales guys with less style more substance.

A lot of furniture on the website was not available on display.Even for the in-house brands, the furniture were not on display. They must expand their customer experience by including more items and including fabric/upholstery touch-feel experience.However, the sales person did guide well.

Experience store in ITPL area for Pepperfry. Has limited parking also. Good quality and variety of products available for getting a real life feel. They help with placing purchases too.

They have the worst product and equally worse customer support teams. The customer support people hardly care about customers. They sell furniture whose spare parts and additional parts who wont find anywhere in market. Specifically beds, they are abnormal sized beds and mattress is not available anywhere in the market. If you tell them that we want to return it back , they say : We do not have any such policies. The quality of material is very bad. I have placed three orders : Bed , Temple & Side corner, everything is of bad quality and they are not ready to take return request and issue me the refund. I have not experienced such an inconvenience in my entire online purchase history. Pepper Fry Ops & Customer Support team, you should do something about it. Founders, please keep a note. This is not a right way to treat your customers. You will end up shutting down your business if your team is not customer obsessive and customer centric.

Helpful folks, seem knowledgeable on their products and keen on offering solutions.Do note that youll only see their own brands only and not the entire online catalogue.Oh and they have parking for 5-6 vehicles so go in early or go there in a cab.

Was great visiting this studio. Things are very well organized and ambience is really good. Staff on site was really good and dont make any false commitments regarding delivery and product options.

Very poor show. First of all a damaged piece is sent without checking. I was assured that the Carpenter will bring the replacement piece. 2 Carpenters have come and gone and there is no sign of the replacement piece. Then I was informed that I could select another item for the same cost, which I did. There is no information of progress after that. Please DO NOT pay upfront. You could be cheated out of all your hard earned money.BEWARE!

I would not recommend visiting this showroom because sales representative I met was high on attitude. I have to open the products on my mobile and show it to customer rep. Customer representative has no regards for customer.In between there was a incidence when phone rang and it was picked up by cleaning staff. The customer rep almost shouted at cleaning staff. A true character of person shows up how they treat employees under him.After few conversations I felt as if I was a burden visiting there showroom.Before posting a review here i contacted pepperfry on twitter. They had a generic response. Overall I feel company doesnt have sense of what customer service is.

Visited the whitefield studio a number of times. Staff is very helpful. Quite a variety if designs you get and u can check out the finish and sizes. Quite happy with all my purchases till date.

Visited this place and purchased furniture. Beds are pretty strong and good, but would not suggest getting sofa or other chairs as they are not strong and can snap as the screws would come off in no time. Also these furniture doesnt come cheap. Not much happy with quality of furniture compared to some other brands I purchased.

Not really a great store. Not much variety and way expensive when compared with big competitors. Pepperfry often fails delivering online orders too. They always tell that the furniture is found damaged in warehouse during quality check and dissapoint you further saying that they could not find replacement. I would neither order online here nor visit their tiny hopeless store called studio.

I dont want to give a single star.I ordered chair online and delivery guys made excuses like this, sir my van got problem and couldnt deliver your good. It took 2 days to get the product. When the product arrived i inspected it. I told the delivery guys that I will not accept the order as the chair material is like tin when you press back side of seat and it gets upwards. Delivery guys told me that sir please accept the order you can return it easily. After I got order, I made a return request and i got call from pepperfry. The pepperfry agent called me and started like that I will not accept your order. She didnt ask me that what is the problem. Very unprofessional.She were enforcing me that just becoz of you dont like or comfort i couldnt return or accept your request. She talked in a way that its all my fault and not the manufacturing fault.From delivery guys to customer care all are making us a fool.Please who ever is reading this, dont buy any single thing from Pepperfry. They are very unprofessional at the time of return request.Dont go for perpperfry try other websites.

This is the most horrendous company operating blatantly disregarding its customers. After you pay your money, they just DO NOT CARE!!!! I ordered a single bed which took 2 weeks for delivery. After delivery, the item was defective and the customer care made many false promises to resolve it within 24 hours. However, even after 72 hours there was no response and I had to call them and waste almost 2 hours explaining different customer care executives about my problem. when they transferred to the refund team, they were extremely rude and with a matter of fact voice told me that the product has to be repaired by me or I can return it and initiate a full refund. I AM SLEEPING ON THE GROUND BECAUSE OF THIS DELAY FROM THE PAST 4 DAYS and they seemed to not care at all. Especially NIkita from refund team. Pepperfry employees should be ashamed of themselves for being so incompetent in such a basic work. But then again, it must reflect on their promoter scores since I do not think anybody is recommending pepperfry for its customer engagement. Shame on you people.

Its a huge let down

Delivery staffs are the WORST. they broke their vehicle side mirror and they made us pay for ridiculous reasons.. they parked near to gate and when the wind came, gate broke their side mirror. They should be careful where they park their vehicle. And i tried calling the near pepperfry office where no one attended the phone and the customer care their is no option for complaints.. the WORST

I visited this store few days back and was there for 15 odd minutes... No one ever cared to welcome or enquire what i want. With this kind of customer service this store will soon be closed
