Good place to hangout for a hot cup of chai!! They have good food options as well, personally tried Paneer Paratha and Kebab roll taste of which was good and quality was well maintained.Place is clean and staff is very polite and helpful.One thing they don’t have power backup!!

For food quality I dont want to give this much less star.. I am giving this rating because of Staff professional handling... I was drinking a tea and a lady staff talking with other staff members something like she is in home... It was very laud they should maintain the professionalism..

Best Chai in this locality with many variants. They have good snack options too. Car parking might be tricky during peak hours.

Nice place, with good Chai and snacks option. Good sitting arrangement with small parking space for two wheeler in front of store. Somehow there AC behaves weird though, I have been to this place many times and some time its so chilly and sometime just other way. Charging point and restroom available inside the store.

Really slow service. You have to wait fir 15 mins for a simple cup of tea. Its because they are understaffed not sure why this cant be addressed. Bun maska not at all good. Bun was rubbery tough to chew. Not sure why it was overheated in microwave.

Very good place to have brunch with a chai or to have a relaxing evening with cup of tea.

We reached the venue at around 11.30 PM and got best tea we can think of. The place is awesome and tea was just what we were looking for. CAFE timings are 7 AM to 2 AM and can be best meeting point. They serve lot of other dishes..which was surprising...but yes again...Masala tea was 5 STAR

Proper sanitization was installed at the entrance 😇. It was in the main road so easy to find out.we got menu in the table I mean scan and order. We tried to order online but cudnt do, so ordered there which was a time taken process. It was fully crowded as it was weekend. It was clean and hygienic. Washroom was also cleaned properly. We enjoyed our cup of ginger tea😋☕

Good place to eat, is opened late till the night and also the sitting area is really really nice.Though I will say service could be better but then no worries about it at 1 in the night.

Its expensive. I didnt taste other items from this foody joint, but coffee was so pathetic. Compared to the cost, I would rather go for coffee from a road side stall which is much cheaper and taste real good.

Though it was not at all crowded, they somehow forgot our order. After half an hour when I reminded them then they started preparing the order.After that, they served burnt sandwich. Then again I had to ask them replace it with properly grilled one.

Its in the midst of busy street.Plus point is its open late night, and waiting time is less than 10 mins, sometimes you can get the seat right away.Taste is similar to other chai points.Decent place for late night tea cravings.

India runs on Chai and CHAIPOINT is running on this sentiment. Wherever they open an outlet, its a hit. This store is no exception. Chai is good, ambience is warm and staff is courteous. Only problem is Parking, you need to park your vehicle at road where traffic jam is very common..

I love the chai here, I think noone can deny. They have huge varieties along with snack items, breakfasts and eateries. Though I often visit Chai point at tye airport, this particular location is reallyreally good for its neatness, ambience, space and availability. Its quite nice place for meet ups.

Its a new store with the new branding, so the ambiance is nice, comfortable and cozy. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They have a good number of short eat options and ofcourse good tea and also espresso based coffee!

The restaurant is nicely maintained but the only problem its very costly.one tea costed me 75 that too regular one

From Eagles eye - Are you a tea lover and want to have varities of tea in a cozy cafe kind of place, then I will say you have to visit this place. I loved this place. I ordered sulaiman tea without milk and it has spices and ginger. It was perfect for my sore throat. Enjoy ur tea:-)

Ceiling paint is peeling, full of fungus. Dont order elaichi tea, its rancid n bitter tasting. Ginger tea is only marginally better.

Just like any chai point..the products are pretty same. But the ambience is really bad especially they never have their AC on, a very unpleasant smell is throughout present, and above all there is no light. Also, they dont have small portion option. Said that, even the products are stale. I love their banana cake (the one near my office M.G. Road) is really good. But, name any product- chilli toast, banana cake, tea cake, vada pao..everything seems stale!

Chai was tasty, and so was the double egg roll.

First all all half of the iteam is stock out and the counter guy took half an hour to take 1 order . Took another half to deliver the products. I am not used to take this kind of bad services from chai point
