Unfriendly atmosphere. Seniors are bulling. No action from managers after reporting issues.Hr dont have any authority and they behave very unprofessionally. Absconding is very common here.

Very boring and monotonous task and No career growth in .net. Module leads with no technical knowledge, Managers without Management skills.Deviation from Salary promised. HR Team is very unprofessional and probably useless for this organization. Admin is a Bully.regret joining here.

Firm is not transparent in its policies, they keep on changing, below average salary, zero growth in dev team. Managers / Leads just schedule hour long meeting to fill their time sheets have no technical knowledge. Uneducated HR who is just a puppet of management.
