One of the worst service.. Not even one person in the office as got respect to customers. Any one want to experience the actual government office service, do visit this center. Probably that will be the last time. Staff think all the customers coming over are illiterates.Bangalore one should bring in online service for every service what they tender oat this office.
Pathetic service. Staff are not people friendly and most of the time they say server problem (not sure they say it intentionally). Staff has to be trained on behaviour they think they are district collector.
Worst experience. I had visited for aadhar address update at 12:40pm staff hadnt still set up computers and biometrics devices by 1:30pm it was done. Why is it like in these kind of offices always theres a network issue. Hardly it takes 5-10mins to complete process but here tho itll take 30mins. Be patient and dont keep any other work because you dont know by when process will be done
Never picking phone. Customer service is pathetic. They behaves like they are doing favour in free of cost. Visited for Aadhar card update, queue is from 4 o’clock. After 30/40 tokens, they won’t provide any appointment. There should be someone to pick the phone. Tried 30 or 40 times in 4 to 5 days. No one has picked phone.
Service time is fast but they have very less customers after online bill payment options have come.
Very bad experience in aadhar centre. All the girls in front of the computers feel that the costumers are below them. First of all the in charge should learn.....mannersThe rules are at their will. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
