We had availed a service for which we had paid 3000 in advance and they had provided the same.For an additional small service which I availed they had not informed me that it will be charged. I also did not ask as it was provided for free with my earlier vendor. For a few minutes job Mr Abhinav had taken hours together to complete. Only then he told me about the fee. I agreed to pay but with a condition of completing its functionality. At the nth moment when his support was required he denied to support nor was attending my call. Finally I had to seek others help to complete the task. After that he has never called me and hence i thought he is guilty.Mr Abhinav is now harassing by posting on social media with all filthy language ghro his near and dear. if the same continue i might have to raise a complaint. 1500 is not a big deal for me neither to your company. But before proceeding further i would want to speak to ownerThis is not expected from your staff
