Visited the firm for filing IT returns. Its an average firm with bunch of guys straight out of college who do the basic IT filing. The lady at the reception is pretty rude and has no sense of customer service.Try to meet their senior staff especially Mr Niaz who was helpful.But the best person is Mr Iqbal himself who did the calculations and was pretty friendly and down to earth.Overall an average firm let down by their junior staffs.
