Unprofessional, ill-mannered and rude staff.Visited Foto Circle in Ananda Rao Circle, Bengaluru, for a pair of Nikon Prostaff 7S binoculars after calling the shop twice to confirm the availability of the model. We had even told Mr Prasanna (the staff who attended our call both times) the date and time by which we would come to pick the item up.But upon reaching the shop after driving 1.5 hours across the city, we are told that the model is not in stock. Laughably, that by itself was not the main issue. The problem was the unbelievably rude and downright disrespectful response from Mr Prasanna.1. He took his own sweet time to come to us despite other staff calling him to attend to this issue (no, he was not attending to any other customer at the time).2. After discussing it amidst themselves another staff member asked Mr Prasanna to call their supplier to see whether the item was available. But we and the other staff had to prompt him thrice before he deigned to call the supplier up.3. As expected, the suppliers too didnt have the model with them. So instead of confirming with them when the binoculars would be available, and conveying this simple bit of information to us, Mr Prasanna had the audacity to tell us that we should leave our contact number in a scrap of paper. On further prompting, he said he might call the shop two days afterwards and only then will he be able to confirm whether he can get it for us at all in the first place.All this while Mr Prasanna kept walking away loitering around the shop even as we were talking to him (again, he was not attending to other customers), and not bothering to tender an explanation, leave alone an apology.We are getting the product from elsewhere and will definitely recommend others never to buy from this store because of the poor service.

Separate section for lighting equipment and wow they have a separate warehouse for delivery in basement. Overall good experience. Best place to get everything related to photography. Actually I am a costumer nearly from 20 years. Earlier the shop was near KAASHI VISHWANATHA TEMPLE, BALEPET. I have procured zoom lens, flashgun and other small item at old premises. Further I purchased CANON EOS 760D (2017)at present shop. Kind owner and staff , very well guidance about our need and instruct with great interest about the product we are interested. Finally it location is ideal with car parking. Showroom is good but their godown people from where we collect goods were slow. I bought goods worth 10000, they refused to give warranty, warranty card was present in the product and manufacturer was providing warranty but Foto Circle only wants to sell goods not interested in giving good service.

Hello everyone, I had been here yesterday to get a new Sony a7riii.. They gave me a great deal on my old Sony A7 as an exchange and also a big discount on the new camera.. Customer service is OK.. I went on a very busy day, as they had launching and demo of nikon g7.. Overall great experience..Reducing one star as they wer very busy with without enough employees and made me wait and sit in their office fr around 4 hours.. But still its coz of their busy day.
